Super fast laptop, the 4k screen makes watching movies fun. Very sleek, and definitely stands out in a room.

Great laptop. Decent amount of memory and HD space and fast startup and access to data. Nice features and works great for doing Photoshop editing. I don't understand not having a built in camera on a gaming laptop, seems like that should be standard. Easy to add on though.

This is the best laptop I've ever owned. It runs fast and smooth, and the process of moving between discrete mode and optimus mode is really simple. All of my games run great, and the computer easily handles any video editing I need to do. The big screen also makes it great for multitasking and homework. It's definitely expensive, but if it's on sale and/or you have the money to spend on it, it's an excellent computer.

I purchased this machine to replace a 4yr old Asus laptop (still runs like a beast). Wanted a machine that was lighter and had better specs and this one hit the nail on the head. I love this machine I can't find any drawback to it at all. The performance is spectacular, the display is wonderful, the sound is amazing and the customization of all the RGB on this machine make it a very beautiful choice. I'm sorry I'm not as detailed as most but I assure you that you won't be disappointed.

This is a very good machine, fast with lots of solid state memory. It DOES have a couple of drawbacks however. The number pad on the right has been replaced by the touchpad which was shifted to that location which means numbers must be typed in on the number keys at the top. Also, there is no built in camera. However, that’s easily solved by the addition of a USB camera. The advantage to no camera is knowing you aren’t being watched by some hacker for nefarious purposes. Otherwise, the machine is fast, thin and lightweight.

A relative who works for Best Buy counseled me about what computer to buy to run the the simulation games I wanted. I found the best price at Best Buy. Delivery to my home was far quicker than I expected. The computer performs excellently. I like the trackpad at the side of the keyboard. I have found it easier to use than other built-in or stand alone trackpads. I like having the keyboard at the front edge of the machine - much easier to use than when behind a trackpad. I like the roller volume control. I did have to make a few tweaks, as disabling the frightful start-up noise and getting rid of added security software so I can use Microsoft Windows' built in security system. Activating Office 365 was simple with my MS subscription. I am very pleased with both Best Buy and the laptop. I will be back for accessories.

I have been an Asus customer for years and this is replacing my last ROG system, I miss not having the option of having a built in dvd burner. I also preferer my last sytem overall for it's ease of use and placement of mouse pad and number keypad. So far this newer model has been okay but I was expecting it to be faster but it seems to lag more than my previous system which is years older.

Great lap top, very fast with great graphics. I just wish it had come with a camera. Over all great value for the price.

I am truly impressed with this machine. To start off the packaging that lifts the laptop from the box and presents it to you, that is dope af. Next, to compare it to the 15" I returned, the sound is much better. the entire top above the keyboard is a speaker with more speakers along the sides of the keyboard. Hands down better quality. Next, Numpad is the next level. moving it to the right side and making it the trackpad is ingenious. The placement is more intuitive than having it right where your hands lay down to type. I can't thank ASUS and the ROG team enough. I can't wait to beat this machine up with all the hours of gaming. a beast of a machine.

I am partial to gamer computers because they are usually built like a tank. This one hit all the criteria that I wanted and is beautifully designed too. The keyboard is located in a different location and the numeric pad is both that and the mouse pad. It will take some getting used to not having the numeric not be physical keys.

I love my Asus brand laptops. They last longer then all my previous other brands, which is usually 3 years. Got this one for the new upgrades. Still have 2 others. Running like a champ. Love the looks.

The computer was very easy to setup and took less than an hour. The purchase was simple to buy and pick up from the store minutes from parking out front and contacting the store. I bought another computer for my daughter to improve her remote learning experience.

much better than my old ASUS accept for calculator pad but an inexpensive number pad fixes that

This is my 2nd ASUS gaming laptop. My first was purchased (also from Best Buy) in 2010. I've always been happy with ASUS products and their performance. The 17.3" display is absolutely brilliant! This machine is noticeably faster than my previous laptop! I have older games that I wanted to load and I was glad I had an external DVD drive to do that, whereas the new machine has no optical drive. Welcome to the ADVANCED digital age. Windows 10 was easy to adapt to. I'm very happy with my purchase!

It is an amazing computer that allows me to play a wide variety of the newest titles with zero complications. I would recommend this to everybody.

Excellent Laptop! I use it mostly for school doing architectural projects, rendering and modelling, and I've never seen any fast computer as this one.
