I've had this for a few months now and what a difference. My old router was a linksys and high end but it was about 3 or 4 years old. This is faster, less lag as it handles multiple devices better and I never lose connection.

Much better router than the Netgear nighthawk that i spent more money on and got disconnected all the time. Got this for half the price and have had no problems and fast Internet.

Bought this to replace the router provided by the cable company. It has increased the range and stability of our signal. The ASUS controls are super easy. Wish there were more light patterns

It works well, speed increased. Only issue it has kicked off my blink cameras, I had to reset it to make them reconnect, sucks that I wasn’t home so couldn’t have my usual peace of mind being able to watch over my blink cameras.

I have no complaints it was very easy to set up. It had some lifix bulbs and I was unable to get all of them to setup. My sonsos one took a little time to get working but I am not sure if this was related to the router or just the quirkiness of the items. I am happy with the router's performance everything else worked very well.

Replaced Netgear router. No more dropped internet, went from 200 mps speed close to router to over 350 mps in every corner of our 2,000 sqft home, Extremely Happy I purchased, worth every penny.

We had the Asus 1200 router, but the signal was weak in the bedrooms. The new Asus AX5400 has a much stronger signal and works great throughout the house. Don't use the app to set it up, call Asus Customer Service.

My previous Asus router died after 7 or 8 years of great service. I've had this for almost a week and it is working great! Setup was easy and fast. Definitely faster speeds than my older router. Very happy with this purchase so far.

This router replaced my ancient Netgear Nighthawk R7000. This thing performs far better with many wireless (and wired) devices, than the Nighthawk EVER did. It puts out a pretty good range of signal as well. Including outside our living space, where the nighthawk would sometimes show up, but not provide service, this reaches and reaches well. I have gigabit cable (Xfinity/Comcast). The Nighthawk would only top out around 800 Mbps after a fresh restart of everything for a small amount of time on wired connection. This has had zero issues hitting higher numbers consistently on my wired connection(s). It also hits over 500 Mbps on my Note 20+ over wifi. Extremely happy with this purchase. ZERO restarts needed in the month and change we've had it. Even brand new, the Nighthawk wouldn't go that long, usually.

A steal since everyone is after wifi 6e and 7 units. This thing blazes, and has plenty of customization options for nerds of all levels.

Fantastic! I get full speeds with my 1 Gigabit fiber internet. Wouldn’t recommend the QoS “game priority” settings though, they limit your speed

Got this and an Arris SB6190 modem after my Netgear router/modem combo started dropping my ISP connection on a regular basis. Huge upgrade! Data transfer rates on wifi 6 are just slightly slower than the LAN connection...it's just too bad most of my components don't have wifi6 cards in them! Stability wise it has been rock-solid, but I still do set it up for a nightly reboot to be sure...something the Netgear didn't have an option for. Having had a number of Asus routers in the past, the user interface is very familiar to me, though it does have its usual quirks, but overall it is rather robust in terms of configuration options. Price wise it is a bit up there but so far it seems to be a worthwhile investment, and should be the last router I have to buy for quite some time.

Easy to set up. Seems to be working well. We haven't had any problems with it. Only had a.couple if months.

This router is incredible. I get high, consistent speeds on wifi and wired connections. The dedicated gaming port is a godsend. And the programmable LED lights add an great esthetic touch. I Highly recommend this router .

The AX5400 is the first router that has finally allowed me to realize my gigabit internet. Others had boasted this and delivered 3-500 megabits. Definitely impressed.

I bought this to replace a Netgear Nighthawk that Netgear messed up with an update and didn't fix. Installed it around 12/12/2021. It was easy to install and setup. We don't game in our house, so I can't speak to that. However, we have smart phones, laptops, wired desktop & printer, TV, Blu Ray players, Kindles, and the TIVO setup also goes through the router. We do not notice any dead or slow spots in the house. Speeds appear to be quick and we running test speeds through our internet provider, the tests indicate we are at the maximum download/upload speeds that we are paying the provider for. Hopefully it will last much longer than the Netgear Nighthawk and that Asus will update the router carefully!

Very easy setup without much hassle. The app makes it very easy to control settings straight from my phone. Interesting design as well and the RGB lights enhance that.

Finally got one and its worth it. Now my internet goes where i need it faster since it prioritizes which device need it more!
