We needed a new router to boost our internet for gaming. We are not hardcore gamers, but we had enough lag in our internet that we decided to upgrade our router. Set-up was super easy and we ended up buying a second router to mesh for full house coverage. The mesh was easy to set-up using the ASUS router site. There has been a noticeable difference with our basement internet and overall better streaming in the entire house.

I've used NETGEAR for many years until an issue with their top range wifi router Nighthawk which just dropped speeds. ASUS blows NETGEAR out of the water! From easy setup to an app that actually does something not fulm of bloatwear trying you nickle and dime you. Speeds across the property are amazing, no more drop in the speeds. If anyone is looking to switch or upgrade this is the one for you!

The range of signal is strong and support in my case more than 10 devices connected at the same time.

This router is amazingly hands down the best. I recently purchased this router because the Netgear Nighthawk AX5400 I had purchased a few months prior was dropping connection multiple times daily especially when gaming on PS5! I have NOT had that issue with ASUS-RT-AX5400! No lag, no dropped connections at all. Installing was super easy too. Definitely worth the investment.

Excellent coverage and full bandwidth to all my WIFI connected devices. They receive the same speed as lan connected devices. All signals have been strong and stable. (5 tablets, two phones, three gaming PCs all online at once with no issues) I can even stream live without issues while the rest of the house uses the internet. The software is so easy to use and understand for connecting to the router to make changes.
