Thank God our neighbor is a computer genius and hooked it up. We even paid $200 plus for no support. Very, very disappointed - first time ever the Geek Squad let us down.

Fast and Furious

I was surprised to see a difference in performance with this router. Its way faster and though the previous router really had very few drops....this router has not dropped once, that I can recall. And of course downloads are way faster.

I switched from another brand that was provided by my ISP. There was an issue with that one that reduced my download speed to 100. They needed to replace it. Instead of paying the monthly fee on it, I purchased this one. This thing is a beast. I have no issues with it and I get my full speed now.

A really good router

Finally, we have found a super router that has not let us down. The kids can game, work on school work, and play their videos without any buffering. I love the design and performance of the router. If you need help, their customer service will be at your side on the phone to help.

Our internet speeds went from 100 Mbps to 400+ Mbps, and that's before upgrading our router and/or internet! Ours currently is running WiFi to 4 Playstation 4s, 2 Gaming PCs, 1 iMac, 1 Xbox One, 1 MacBook Pro, 5 smart TVs and 6+ phones and this thing doesn't break a sweat!! The RGB is also pretty cool too!!
