Bought it not even a year ago and it went bad can’t even rest.. called asus and they tell me I have to wait 5 to 6 business days for them to reach out to me to send over my router for repairs

I have a rather large house with a yard. I can go anywhere on the property and have a solid WiFi connection. Great router!

My review is low because I had to return the equipment because I found it online $60 off within the next day of purchase. When I tried to get the price match guarantee. the local store would not match the price I found which caused me to return it.

It does what is supposed too and does it well plus lots of options I'm happy with it.

It has worked out just fine thus far. I will say it looks really wicked and has different color schemes. We have ours on a rotating color scheme.

It’s pretty good and easy to set up. I have it paired with my Verizon modem and the speeds are pretty great. The only thing missing from this is 6ghz compatibility but even without it, this router is pretty amazing. I kinda just bought it since I’ve always used ASUS products and have had good luck and this one didn’t disappoint.

Easy to set up and the range for my 1700+sq ft home is great. I'm even getting 2 or 3 bars when I go to my neighbors back patio, about 150 ft away. We consider led lighting feature gimmicky, so we turned it off. It was a welcome upgrade to my last router, a Linksys EA8300.

I've been using Netgear routers since 2000. They've always excelled in speed, reliability and functionality. Lately their support and products are getting cheaper. Their antennas and routers look goofy and their interface has never changed . They want you to buy orbib so bad but I still don't like their looks and their prices are ridiculous. I bought my first Asus and this one has so many more features. Their app kills Netgear hands down. Easy and fast. I never touched an Asus interface and had my house configured with custom settings in thirty minutes even with all my custom settings. I cannot afford wifi 7 so this one works for now. Cell phones connected at 1080Mbps.. Desktop still at 866Mbps same as wifi 5/AC router. Only thing I don't like is the lighting can't be adjusted more, perhaps a little more subtle in some ways or to show link status would be cool..and to have it turn off at night auto.

The build quality of this router is solid. The speed, range and reliability is exceptional. No dropouts. Covers my 2500 sq ft 3 level house with outdoor cameras more than adequately. The setup is super easy. This router syncs with my modem faster than any router I've ever used. I returned Netgear and TPLink routers before trying this one. This one makes them seem like toys. I will only buy Asus from now on.

Yes very fast internet speed and the range is incredible, for the lower cost it was a well made purchase. My favorite part its the cool color setting up in the app is very nice and easy.

This was one of the easiest router's I've ever had to set up. I thought the design was pretty cool too and not too hideously futuristic. It worked great for the week I used it but I was having so many issues with my cable provider that I ended up switching to fiber and using the free router the new provider provided instead. I ended up returning this but would buy again if I have to buy a router in the future.

I needed something that gave me more control over all connections and faster speeds and this definitely hit the mark. I has being slowed down by all the traffic on our other modem/router, and this took care of all of those issues. Its running 2 PS5’s one wired, one on 5G, a Mac Pro all with no lagging. If your a gamer on a budget that also needs working computing power all at once than this is it hands down, honestly. Plus the App to control everything is super easy and has many features. Im super satisfied!!!

I just bought a second one due to my first one overheating (completely my fault). I moved it to somewhere that didn’t really have air circulation. Before that It preformed beautifully for about 5 years so i decided to buy the same one. Set up is easy and speeds are great. I highly recommend this product.

Great router. I had an Apple AirPort Extreme that seemed to be working fine so I thought there was no need to upgrade. 2020 hit and my kids ended up doing school from home while I worked from home. While I had never experienced any issues, the kids were having connection issues during Zoom meetings with their classes. I have 1 gigabit internet speed through Comcast/Xfinity and had never seen much more than 550mbps over Wi-fi but figured it was a limitation of the devices I was using. Between seeing the low (for the plan) speeds and the kids having Zoom issues, I decided to get a Wi-fi 6 compatible router. I did a bunch of research and this was one of the highest rated ones and I had my friend, a Sr. Network Engineer, look over the specs and he was impressed by it and now wants to get one. I bought it and set it up. Setup was very easy and intuitive so the router was up and running in just minutes. The ASUS app is user friendly as well. While most devices on my network aren’t Wi-fi 6 compatible, my iPad and iPhone both are. I was able to get up to 892mbps with this new router on my phone and up to 901mpbs on my iPad Pro, both of course over Wi-fi. My kids also both have not had a single issue with Zoom meeting connections after the upgrade. This router was money well spent, especially with a smart home full of devices connected, me working from home, and my kids both on Chrome books doing school from home. If you are considering this router, I hope you find this review helpful. I would absolutely buy this router if I had it to do again. It has been running flawlessly for a few months now and has been putting our gigabit service to good use. Oh, and range... The router is located in the middle of our home and we have a detached garage which gets a nice strong signal and a detached shed maybe 100 feet from the router through a few walls and across the yard that has a Wi-fi camera mounted to it which receives a good signal and allows for streaming from the camera so I find the range to be very good.

Great router and I love the LED options, not that those are needed but it's a nice little add. My son was complaining that his new PC was slow, and I had been wanting to upgrade my router for a while and I decided on this one. It made a huge difference in speed. I don't need to reboot it like my last one and the app is super easy to use. I was able to mark my son's machine as a gaming device. There are a ton of options in the settings I don't use, but they are there if you know what you are doing and need them. I think the app is easy to use even for the non-technical people.
