Not one single problem has arrised from firmware updates so far and am very pleased with it. Phone app makes set up super easy and smooth while you can use a web broswer to set up also the app seems to be easier.

I love to play online games and my wife works from home. When I had my old router my internet would crash at least 5 times in one day. Ever since upgrading to this one my internet no longer crashes and does not interrupt my gaming or my wife’s work. Also the color changing customization is a cool extra.

We have a HomeKit smart home and for once all of our smart devices are working great and fast. Our old Asus router was only about 2 years old and cost more than this one. However, our smart home was never totally functional. Everything works as it should with this router.

I have a larger home and the router is located in the bottom floor room on one side of the house. The master bedroom is upstairs and at the other side of the house. We no longer receive any pauses, buffering, etc. We run 3 IPads, 3 laptops, 5 TV’s, cellphones, VOIP and no issues. I am very satisfied with this router. Set up was very easy.

Replaced my 5+ year old Asus AC Router since I had too many connections demanding too much from it. This AX5400 is a BEAST! Wi-Fi 6 is extremely reliable and quick. Everything, even the connections on the 2.4 network get incredible speeds!

Overall a solid multigig budget router.

It's 5ghz is very stable and has excellent range even when using dfs channels. This router does also have 2gbps support over wan so if your like me and do have over 1gbps internet this will come in handy for a lower budget to spend on a WiFi router.
