I got this thinking the good reviews were going to outwiegh the bad, it was $200, and asus brand gave the impression it was reliable. It worked until it didnt. My connection speed was great when it was connected. Then randomly it started disconnecting from the internet. At first I thought it was just temproary issues with. After a while it became apparent the issue was indefinite. There was no correcting it. When I went to the 1 star reviews of this item, it appeared everyone mentioned the same problem. Wow...welp..out of $200.

Easy to set up & install. Took about no more than 10mins tops to connect after setting it up.

Surprisingly easy to set up and super fast. The app makes it very easy to control the settings which can be cumbersome with some other products

Have had for a year and half and really love this router for what I do streaming and a little gaming.

Changed the internet speed throughout my entire house. I literally don’t lag at all anymore and get coverage in every corner of my house.

So far it hasn't dropped signal in both 2G and 5G after 4 weeks of use, so I'm giving this 5 star. Hope it last more than 5 years at least.

One of the best gaming routers I have used. Very easy to configure and if you need to setup parental locks you will not find better.

Works like a charm, been using it for almost a month now and honestly it double my download and upload speeds everywhere around my house

I bought two of these because I wanted the extra wired ports and it supports mesh routing. Setup was actually super easy and you can control the lighting. I’ve turned it off in the living room but play around with it in the gaming room. I’ve had them for about 8 months and initially they were great! Now, our iPhones tend to slow way down occasionally and I have to restart the routers to fix it. Nothing else has problems: iPads, laptops, the TV, and my wired connections are all fine. It’s just our phones. So maybe it’s a problem with our phone and not the router, but it’s worth mentioning since so many people have iPhones. Overall still a great buy and I’d definitely recommend it.

Way faster than my old netgear router which I paid $300 for originally. Super happy with this router the down/up speed is much faster.

Great item and love the app that goes with it works with Alexa and Google and you can prioritize your bandwidth connections

Works great, was pricey but you get a solid product if you need a high bandwidth wifi6 router. Still good after 2 years, should last a while longer. Using it fine with xfinity gigabit service.

Does what it’s supposed to and beyond! A great router if you have a lot of things connected to Wi-Fi!

Great router. I have had no issues with it. Firmware updates are seamless. Have had no issues with dropped signals.
