Great router for those missing for the WRT days

It has lots of configuration options for those that like to tinker and there is even a custom firmware build available if you want even more options. It has USB 3.0 port that allows you to setup a NAS drive.

Picked this model as supports external antenna(s), as have external antenna to feed out building. Like the admin interface and features.

Strong signal; works well

With my old router, I had to use the 2.4 ghz band to get stable videoconferencing on the second floor. It was simple to get a Wireguard VPN working on the router, but I couldn’t eliminate DNS leaks, and the online documentation is very poor. I have to stick with VPN apps on clients, I guess. Over all, I’m happy with this purchase.
