This monitor is awesome with his 240hz up to 280hz with overclock and it comes with ELMB Sync, the only technology that combines Backlight strobing to reduce motion blur and VRR (variable refresh rate, G-Sync or FreeSync) Simultaneously and it produces a crystal clear with tear free image quality that any other monitor in the market cant bring to you. I saw many reviews about this monitor and they says that this technology only works well in a Windows of 200-280hz but if it comes below 200hz it starts to show to much overshoot and because of that they say That in this case if better to turn it off and use overdrive settings. In my experience this reviews they only shows motion blur test, mostly blur busters, and yes, in blur busters it shows overshoot when it comes below 200hz and I checked it too, but they don't show real game tests and that's when in my experience it is completely usable down to 100 hz and in game you won't notice any overshoot. This was in my experience.

The quality of the images is immaculate. I use this monitor for two purposes: Trading and Gaming, with more emphasis on the Trading. When I am gaming, you can clearly notice the quality of the images being produced. The display is capable of being overclocked to 280Hz, however it isn’t necessary to do so. The monitor comes with HDR but when you turn it on, it drastically changes the RGB of the image and creates these uneven tones and shades. The overall performance of the monitor is amazing and as long as HDR is turned off, you will get high quality images and color — make sure to utilize the DisplayPort in order to get the full 240Hz experience.

Great IPS monitor for the price. I was previously using a Zowie XL2546k, but wanted something with better colors, and I didn't care much for DyAc+. I also have some experience with the higher end ASUS Swift PG279Q monitor, and I would say that this monitor comes extremely close. I don't use the 280hz overclock, however, 240hz is excellent on this panel. No noticeable ghosting/overshooting, and no complaints in regard to IPS glow or backlight bleed. Perhaps I got lucky, but I think ASUS is just heading in the right direction with their IPS panel manufacturing process. My guess is that they cherry-pick panels to avoid consumers from having to play the "IPS lottery" - whatever it is, it is definitely working for me. The monitor has outstanding ergonomics, an attractive thin-bezel design, no obnoxious RGB lighting, and feels sturdy. I play competitive FPS games, all the way to platformers, and I highly suggest this monitor as a nice well-rounded contender compared to other options at this price range with similar specifications.

Great for price, can be a little difficult to get it to run at 280hz for some people so 4 stars is fair.

This is a very nice monitor, having the 280 hertz is super nice for playing high FPS gaming. The g-sync is also another feature that is very nice. Every couple weeks it likes to go back to 240 hertz. You have to overclock it to 280hertz but it’s super simple. Overall a very nice monitor and well worth the money.

Great quality monitor, better then the 600$ monitor I previously had. Colors are nice I us racing mode and user mode R98 G96 B100 and a color vibrance of 53 on Nvidia control panel. At overdrive 80 at Max refresh rate this monitor looks more clear vs An Alienware 240hz TN I had. If your playing demanding story games at a refresh rate Bellow 144 I'd recommend turning the overdrive to 40 or below to prevent overshoot. Great build, image, stand, and it comes with all the cables you will need. I 100% recommend this for competitive play.

This is an amazing 1080p display. It's a 240hz display that allows you to overclock it to 270 or 280hz in the OSD. It has excellent features and highly accurate colors as well as being very bright. Perfect for fast paced high refresh rate gaming.

This is the fastest monitor I have ever seen. I love it. It has 280hz with G-Sync which makes it insanely fast. I use G-Sync with it and sometimes use the 280hz option I never feel delay when playing.

First time that I bought it had dead pixels but I got it replaced after that I’ve had it for about two months now and it it’s doing just good no dead pixels whatsoever. The picture quality is great I get no screen tearing is just great for the price.

Bought 2x of these during Black Friday sales, for $229.99 each, it felt like a steal. I use the 2nd one for a dual monitor setup, and it can even stand vertically. The 280hz is very good for gaming.

I've had this monitor for about 6 months now, and it is an unbelievably good value monitor. In terms of value only the new 390hz Acer monitor might beat it, but at this price point for the specs its great. Put it on Overdrive 40 or 60, use a RTINGS icc profile to adjust colors, and you are set. It's stand is also one of the best, allowing for lots of viewing angles and adjustability. My one complaint though is the DisplayPort cable that it comes with is not VESA certified, and was causing me issues with waking from sleep (monitor stayed off, but PC turned on), but it's just a simple switch to a better HDMI or DP cable with VESA certification. Overall, great for games, FPS in particular, recommend.
