Not the fastest desktop performance. It's oddly sluggish getting around menus. Strangely does great in games though.

Overall good build quality and good laptop. One thing to note is this computer comes with windows 11. Besides that computer ran nice and cool.

I don't know if it is a software or hardware problem, but I am getting a fuzzy image sometimes and sometimes the same black screen with white lines as some mentioned before in reviews. Other than that and the low battery life it is very good. I don't know if I should return it for this issue because I am fearing that screen problem will continue and increase in frequency !

Only wished the RTX 3050 came with more Vram but with the games I play, it holds well. It does come with an single channel 8GB ram, but first out of the box, I added another ram stick (16 GB total). Love the looks laptop. So far its running good.

This laptop is actually really great. I upgraded from an older gaming laptop, whose name eludes me, and it is miles better. I am able to run WoW with no issues and the loading feels incredible. I am actually able to relog my game within a couple of seconds, whereas before it would legit take me about 4 minutes to load the game up again. I've got to take it apart and see if it is upgradeable with the ram and SSD, but even if it isn't, this is more than capable for my needs. The monitor itself looks pretty crisp and the RGB keyboard is a nice touch. The battery could be better, but it's no biggie for me as I can just plug it in to charge.

Ordered this during Black Friday sale 11/19/2021 had it available for pick up on 12/3/2021 due to delays. This gaming laptop is great, nice graphics and gameplay. The thing with this laptop is you have to plug it while playing so that it won’t interrupt your gameplay.

Got this brand new. At first, I loved it. Perfect screen size, loved the RGB keys, the graphics were immaculate. Unfortunately, my screen started glitching out after 2 weeks of very minimal use, and so I decided to return it for a refund. I really wish the screen hadn't glitched, but maybe that was why it was discounted as much as it was.

We bought these for various accounting and imaging products; we don't game, so I can't speak to that. Everything has been solid so far. The sound is better on some other laptops, and the battery drains fast, but for our purposes, these work great.

Very decent overall. The 144hz panel is nice and the RGB keyboard is sweet too! The built in audio is honestly not bad either for what it is. Literally the only issue i have is the single stick of 8gb memory. I was getting horrible fps in games so i got a 32gb (2x16gb) kit from Gskill and it helped ALOT

Honestly, it is not that good. It advertises a RTX 3050 but even running Halo Infinite is a struggle at just 65-70 fps. I have a built computer with a much lesser power GPU and it runs most games much better than this. Along with this the battery life is horrible as well. I cannot even take notes for my college courses without having this computer dying on me mid class. The cpu also is not all that good. Like previously mentioned, just save up and purchase something with a better battery life, a gpu that will actually perform as advertised, and a cpu that does not bottleneck the system.

My son loves this computer for gaming. My reason for four stars was Best Buy sent it out I got lost I had to call to get a replacement sent to me then customer service told me that they would send me a $50 gift card for inconvenience and I never got that.

Great Value and is capable of running all of our families games with ease. It doesn’t get hot and isn’t loud. It has a huge screen with great resolution

ow, I was so disappointed with this laptop. right out of the box it has issues. The wifi works for 3 to 5 webpages then doesn't work anymore. the only way to get it to work is to turn off wifi and turn it back on. I updated everything that could be updated, drivers, bios, windows, did a complete network reset and reinstall, nothing works. the only way i could update anything was via ethernet. Next the display is glitchy. I downloaded Chrome and every time i start it the display turns to bars of color like the display failed and had to recover. very annoying. I might settle for this on a $100 laptop but a $700 laptop should not have this issue. I will have to wipe off all my information and return to the store.

Overall a good laptop for the price I paid during the holiday sales. 17 inch case is not the most portable, but it provides plenty of options for upgrading components. There are additional slots for both ram and HD. Actually there are 2 additional HD slots, one for SSD, one for m.2. The only problem I encountered is the video driver that came with the system. It causes flickers and black screens if you move the cursor to the edge of the screen. Make sure you update the drivers and bios as soon as you get it. The updates seems to fix that issue, but it will take more time for observation to make sure it doesn't come up.

I needed a new laptop for 3D animation applications, so I decided to look at gaming laptops. It lives up to most of the other reviews that I've seen for the same computer and I've been happy with how well it has performed. It's been nice to be able to run Photoshop and After Effects at the same time. The battery life could be worse when it's unplugged, but I usually have it plugged in anyway.

For first time user of gaming laptop this has been very easy to use and good computer

Great laptop, performs very well. Only downfall is they call it a gaming laptop with only having 8 gb of ram. Nice screen, stays very cool to the touch.

So far so good. My wife is using it, she is not a huge tech person but did notice the improvement on performance vs her old computer.

It is a great computer, I liked it a lot and I can do what I want with it
