Good system for the price

Overall for the price it’s a solid system. Had to install an extra ram stick but was an easy fix. This laptop now can handle heavy gaming and run other apps in the background. My only complaint is that the fans can get really loud but if I have headphones I don’t notice anymore. Glad I purchased.

Really nice screen, good specs, but the ram is only 8GB which most games require more the 8GB

My laptop just stopped working after like 2 weeks. I did not drop it or anything and it just stopped working. I don’t know what to do next

Horroible for gaming

I got this laptop about 3-4 years ago for gaming, and at first it was perfect but after a year or so it started to break down. So I deleted all my games but 2 and now this laptop cant even run these, and now crashes almost every 20-30 minutes. Absolute waste of money save and invest in a better laptop if you want it for gaming.

If you are unable to play games, please update Windows, drivers, BIOS, games and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated. Configure the game, video and performance mode settings inside the newer version of the Armoury Crate utility software posted at: https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury%20crate/helpdesk_download/. Ensure your set up doesn't go beyond the game's threshold. If problem persists, Windows is possibly corrupted, we recommend to perform a Cloud Recovery or a factory reset.
