The adapter is smaller enough to be plugged in at all time, and the performance is reliable. So far I have no signal drop.

Gets good signal and easy to install drivers. If you don’t have a disc drive to install the mini disc then check YouTube on your phone if you don’t know how. Good for computers without a wireless network card

I had a desktop with a really cheap / crappy WiFi (I’ll spare the brand) and picked up the ASUS AS1200 and was super happy that my wifi connection was finally consistent. I was also upset that i didn’t replace it 2 years ago, but that’s an internal story. Inexpensive, incredibly small, and very capable wifi replacement.

This is a very easy fix for connecting wi-fi without having to have to buy and install networking adapters. Works as well as the internal adapter, a easy fix and a lot cheaper fix under $30.00.

My wifes wifi adapter in her laptop died so she couldn't do everything she needs to do. New laptop wasn't a option. This fixed her right up. Faster then the internal ever was. Wifi router is at one end of house, office at the other end. No buffering or lag.

I was afraid to buy this because I’m a gamer and didn’t want to waste time buying a cheaper one just to find out it sucked and have to return it. This little thing takes up no space and is used on my computer that has no wireless network driver. It came with a driver Cd (very small cd that works if you have regular drive). I use this in a bedroom across my house and upstairs through walls into a bedroom (split level house with router in middle floor on one end). I pay for 150+ MB download speed and my speed test gives me a constant 120+ Mb/s download speed. Upload was good too but can’t recall numbers on that. I’ve had it about a month now and have not noticed any lag situations at all. I am no longer wishing I was wired in. It’s so nice having a good wireless adapter that is reliable especially at this price. I will definitely buy again if I ever need another! I’ll answer any questions you all have if I see it!

I purchased the ASUS Dual-Band Wireless USB-AC53 Network Adapter to connect my old non-WiFi compatible Gateway to my in-house WiFi network. After installation, the old Gateway was setup in a different part of the house, about 30 feet away and through one wall. It worked instantly, and speed and performance were excellent. I've been using it for a month and had no problems. Seems to work as well as the hard wire that I had previously connected.

Easiest Plug-n-play adapter that i've installed in a long while. I found it interesting that it comes with a CD-ROM for driver install. The old Lenovo Sattelite that I installed this on still was able to recognize it, thankfully. If I ever have another need for a cheap + reliable usb wifi adapter, i'll go back to this or other ASUS products

This is the firs ime I had to buy something like this to fix WiFi capability on a computer. Computer has had the WiFi board replaced twice under warranty, and this is the third time it went out and it was no longer under warranty. I was skeptical at first, but this unit performed flawlessly. Don’t let the six fool you, it is pretty powerful. Have not noticed any dead spots. Very easy to install.

I was a little worried about trying a network adapter that interfaced with a USB, but this works perfectly. I also love the fact that it has a low profile which makes it easy just to plug it in and forget about it. I don't really see any speed loss, which is also a plus.

This little device works wonderfully, even though it seems too small. It's the size of a Bluetooth dongle. However, it consistently achieves speeds through my wireless router to match my ethernet cable speeds, downloading at 230mb. Set up was fast and easy using the mini-CD that came along with the device. After I installed the driver and got it operating, I updated the driver.

I got wireless router capable of AC speed and wanted to take advantage. Bought this ASUS AC USB wireless adapter and installed it on a Dell 13 inch notebook with Win 10 Home. Installation was a snap, the small size allows me to leave the adapter plugged into a USB port all the time. And I get speeds consistently over 800 mbs. Great purchase and I am thinking about getting another for a second, larger notebook I use for work at home.

Worked great to reinstall W10 on a old PC that didn't have a Wi-Fi adapter. Didn't need to install any software for the W10 install to recognize it and use it to connect to my Wi-Fi.
