Bought this instead of a wireless card. Installation was quick and connected to my fiber connection router and even tho the router was upstairs and at the opposite end of the house I was connecting at speeds higher than 100 Ks. Couldn't be happier.

Holds a connection pretty well for being a floor down from the router. Rarely experience any hiccups.

Does the job well. Can’t really complain out it. Just doesn’t do the best to get 5G but itll still keep a speed good for gaming but can’t beat Ethernet not by a long shot

I bought this for an old laptop that doesn't see 5G and is incapable of speeds over 50MBPS. It works great. It is seeing speeds over 240MBPS on my 5G channel. It is really small so it doesn't add much bulk to the laptop at all.

Does just what I needed it to. Easy. Didn’t quite expect the installation disc. But still decent and fun using.

I needed a new gateway from my ISP, and unfortunately my 12+ year-old laptop’s internal WiFI was too old-tech to see my own network amongst the listing of available networks the new router was showing. So - the time had come for an alternate method to connect.
I tried a ‘budget’ WiFi adapter from another vendor and it was nothing but problems - the thing would not keep a solid connection no matter what. Constant disconnects and frustration.
Tried this Asus adapter - it’s been perfection thus far. Installed the driver, plugged in the adapter, connection established and it hasn’t disconnected at all since. Solid. My gateway is on the 2nd floor of a 1200-sq-ft home and the laptop is downstairs basically right underneath. Signal is very strong.
No problems - this solved this issue and I recommend.

This wireless adapter was purchased after cable was installed at my brothers new apartment last month. He needed to be able to use his computer with his wi-fi signal from the cable that was just installed. The clerk suggested this one and less than a half hour later the adapter was plugged in and working like a charm. Great product, great price, easy to use, and works fantastic!!

Initially, I was using an ethernet cord which worked just fine but it went from one room and into another. I purchased this to eliminate the cord. Was skeptical of the signal but decided on the adapter anyway. I'm glad I bought it because it works like a charm. Signal is strong, set up was easy, and the cost was fair.

Purchased this adaptor for a laptop to use instead of the internal 802.11n wifi card on a windows 10 PC. The internal card barely picked up the signal and even close to the router the speed was 5Mbps. This adaptor was able to pick up the 5GHz band well and the internet speeds jumped to 56Mbps. The driver install was very simple and the small profile is nice for the laptop.

I followed the installation instructions and it loaded and worked fine. I get over 700mb connections and have used it at home and at hotels. Only had one hotel that didn't work and had to use my older 2.4 connection. Not sure why it didn't work. Also have had a minor problem where it didn't wake up after the laptop had gone into sleep mode. Had to disable/ enable it.

Great USB WiFi adapter. No configuration needed. Just plug in to an available USB port and you have WiFi access almost immediately. Came in handy during a new PC build as I needed network connection to download/install drivers, including wired network ones. Great item to keep in your bag.

Easy to set up with or without the disc that comes with purchase, small enough to not be in the way of anything, and lets an older laptop connect to 5G internet for game streaming purposes.

Works as advertised. Easy installation and setup. I don't know the range, as in how far away it will still work, but it is working fine through 3 walls with a decent wifi speed of over 200Mbps on a 500Mbps hardwire.

My wifi card in my ASUS laptop was working erratically, suspected it was going bad. Getting this device was an alternative to replacing the card. This was very easy to set up and it's working perfectly. No more wireless connection issues, and it's so small that it doesn't get in the way of anything.
