Tiny WiFi Adapter

It was easy to get working, and doesn't stick out much more than a USB mouse receiver would, so there's less worry of it getting broken.

When it loses the wifi signal when I set the computer down or the screen blacks out I have to reboot the computer to get the wifi signal to reconnect. I end up having to do that around 5 times a day. However it is better than buying a new computer when this one is only 2 1/2 years old.

Solid Dual Band USB Wifi

Dual band for 2.4 and 5G , along with a simple Plug and play usb dongle makes it easy to get up and running. Thanks Asus!

WiFi drivers difficult to locate on Asus website.

Once the drivers are installed, you can just plug and play after a system restart. The link to download the drivers on the user manual page is broken / has changed. To find the drivers, go search of AC53 USB on their website and search under support (instead of products), and you can find the drivers there.

The only problem was, even though there was a single wall in the way, the signal was utterly terrible; having taken almost a minute to load the front page of Google's search engine which is quickly on any other PC I own, was a failure to load from the computer on the other side of the wall. Returned & refunded without hassle, purchased something else of the same brand but different Wi-Fi product afterward.
