I needed a separate USB wireless connection for my laptop. This one was small, unobtrusive, and best of all performed well.

Small and unobtrusive. Does the job just fine. Easy setup.

Great product. Easy setup and install of drivers. Pretty good range. Able to pick up access point from 50-75ft away that was in a separate metal building.

I went to BB to buy a modem to connect a basic computer (refurbished) to the internet, thinking I would connect an ethernet cable to the modem to connect to my internet services. The gentleman at BB said, oh, you need this USB adapter to connect a non-bluetooth computer to your current WiFi cable connection. Poof. Like magic. That worked.

I get reasonable download speeds with this adapter. I play online games and the internet connection latency has often been left wanting. However, my biggest frustration with this adapter is the disk drive installation. At the time of purchase, I had a disk drive that was not connected to power (don't ask). I did not know why it was not working, but I could not install the drivers without the disk drive or internet which was frustrating because I needed the adapter to connect to the internet. This seems like an oversight. Overall, solid. Easier installation would have been a plus. In the future I would get a M.2 or PCIe wifi card.

Purchased for a desktop without wifi and it works great. Speed is good through 2 rooms and easy to install with the disc.

Wi-fi in very old laptop running windows 10 stopped working. Range extender did not work as part of the troubleshooting. Getting new wi-fi card seemed impossible via manufacturer's support and quite frankly I did not have the time. I needed Wi-Fi STAT so got this tiny, AFFORDABLE dongle 8 minutes after walking in the door at Best Buy and had Wi-Fi 2 minutes after walking in the door at home. I grinned the rest of the day.

Great option for my son’s laptop that had the wifi card go out. Less expensive than replacing existing wifi card. Just had to turn off the existing wifi card with some help from youtube and this USB option was plug in play after that. Get’s great speed but it does take up a usb port permanently on his laptop but just added a hub for his other devices and that helped

Wasn't sure if this tiny thing was going to have the range needed to get a good signal from the Wifi upstairs. Happy to say it works great. Impressive!

Easy to use just Plug in and you are ready to go. Works really well considering its small size. work the money for sure.

ASUS always impresses me. The speed this little guy can manage is surprising. So much nicer than the other bulky adapters I’ve used in the past with even less performance. Would recommend for anyone looking for a hidden WiFi adapter.

This little wifi adapter is a powerhouse and works perfectly for my mothers desktop computer which is too far away from the router to plug into it directly. I tried a couple other wireless adapters before buying this one (cheaper ones.. you get what you pay for) but this one has been chugging along perfectly for nearly two months now and i couldnt be happier. She is able to pull a 60-80MBps connection wirelessly with this adapter (obviously these results are dependent on your individual carrier speeds) which is far faster than she can make use of.

I needed this to replace an adapter on my laptop that had broken. This is much smaller and even allows me to connect to my iPhone hot spot!
