it is easy to use. Instructions are a little vague, but still able to figure it out. I have strong internet but it drops occasionally. Overall its a good product.

My previous dongle suddenly went kaput. A quick trip to Best Buy and the salesperson suggested this item. It is much faster than our original and was on sale.

Works great, just had to fix an issue with Windows not sending USB accessories enough power to work. Leaving me with a can not access WiFi error. once that was fixed it works exactly like it says on the box.

I bought this for my boyfriend when his laptop wifi adapter stopped working. He streams and surfs the net with ease and continuity. I highly recommend this device; it's an affordable replacement option compared to servicing your laptop.

I was nervous to buy this one because it was cheaper than some of the others but I’m glad I did. Works great!

Was given a PC that my brother built and only connected with Ethernet. Given the placement, I needed WiFi. I had to play around with a few ports, but found one that connected right away.

overall great connectivity. but, surprisingly, when i installed it on the back of my computer, which was surrounded by two walls and a wood desk, the connectivity was inconsistent. there is ample space around the device. i had no idea some wood would block signals, even a little. also had the same issue with wireless devices (mouse, keyboard) connected by a usb transmitter. strange. so i moved this unit to the front, where it still is low profile, but as a result does take up a usb port that's easier to access, which would be useful if i were inserting other devices such as usb drive, etc.

Make sure you find the red USB slot/USB 3.0 on your computer, or else it wont work. Product worked perfectly after that!

Good product but make sure you have a newer wifi router because it will have problems with older routers.

Had an issue with connecting to wifi on an old pc I bought and this product worked! The instructions are simple and easy to use. I’ve also had no problems with connecting to my Wi-Fi

There are certainly better USB Wifi adapters out there. The size is rather convenient.

I appreciated the ease of use for this product, simply plugging it in and completing the set up wizard makes it very accessible to a very wide range of consumers.
