Excellent performance for the price. Usually a Dell or HP guy, but saw this at a good price for the specs and decided to take a chance. So far no complaints, works great and very quick and easy to setup. Highly recommend for any productivity tasks and light gaming.

This product excels in many ways. But what I really like is its speed and large storage capacity (especially for large files like videos and images). It's highly recommended for social media content production.

Had been been a great product and great sales team

This is the fourth Asus Computer, laptop or tablet I have purchased. My 8 yr. old Asus started giving me some problems but after taking it to Best Buy and having them "clean" it up and purchasing this new one V500 the 8 yr old one is now working like a well oiled machine. So I got the new one and hubbie took the old one as he is more familiar with it. Working on setting up the new one sometime next week. Writing this review on my Asus Zenbook. Love it too and I have it on my island in the kitchen where it is readily available! LOVE ASUS!!!!!

This is a great small business computer, perfect if you’re looking to do most of your work on cloud-based systems, which is why I chose these computers. If you’re looking for a basic home computer, this would be a great option. I wish it came with a wireless keyboard and mouse; unfortunately, it did not. Still, it's a great value for the money. The case is a little flimsy, but again, you can expect that with cheaper technology.

It was fairly easy to setup, since it had the Microsoft Office 11 installed, which I could not install on my older MS 10 because of the outdated processor. Also it is much faster!

This computer has been reliable so far turns on and off very quickly and out performs a lot of slightly order much more expensive computers. I would definitely recommend this.

Excellent product! The speed is amazing and it allows me to do many things at once.

It's light, power up within seconds, and easy to set up. I haven't have much problem with it as everything is quick and easy to learn and understand about Window 11. The internet is fast, depending on your connection. Games runs perfect on it. But I do find that once you've reached the regular 5GB capacity of the OneDrive cloud storage, managing your files became slow and the window explorer would froze for a time. But that's just because of my so many back-up files from my old computer. Overall, this is a must-buy if you need a new computer or just need one.

Love my new ASUS. It was so easy to set up. The speed of the processor is so much better than my old unit. Windows 11 was an easy transition from Windows 10. Very happy.

Perfect replacement for my 10 year old previous desktop. Takes up less space, makes no noise and easy to lift.
