I had it checked out at by the Best Buy Geek Squad. And they found that the program Windows 10 was not working. This was explained to me, very professionaly by the Geek Squad. I am very glad that I did, because my computer is working better than before, with Windows 11. I highly recommedn my family and friends, to use Best Buy Geek Squad for their computers. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad!!
