    I returned this item in exchange for the Dell Desktop the dell offered a few more options over the ASUS. At the same price at time of purchase.

    I purchased this Desktop PC along with an Asus Monitor to replace an old HP PC. It is super quiet and very fast.

    Still trying to figue out the nuances going from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Still have not figured out how the Windows 11 accepts jpeg's after transfers from my cell phone.

    Faulty display port, got re-sold!

    I bought this computer as it seemed like it would fit my needs. I don't do a lot of "heavy" work on my PC mostly shopping and business uses. Howver I do use dual monitors on the regular. The PC was received in a timely manner however it came with a faulty display port. No matter what cable was used it didn't work, even a disply port supported monitor didn't work. Ultimately, I ended up returning the computer a couple of days later, and got notified by Asus today that it was registered to a new user . I'm disappointed in Best Buy for reselling this PC as well, but hopefully the new buyer doesn't need that DisplayPort.

    Worked fine. Until it didn't

    Computer ran wonderfully until an update. Now it goes into a diagnostic loop and won't boot in to Windows. I was experiencing more inside, but its only a laptop motherboard in the case.

    Dead in only 8 months

    I purchased this computer from bestbuy and it performed well for approximately eight months before it suddenly stopped working. The system now displays a red power button light that flashes twice every few seconds and will not boot. After troubleshooting, I confirmed that the power supply, memory, and hard drive are all functioning properly, which points to a likely motherboard failure. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support was extremely frustrating and difficult. No help! Given that the system failed in less than a year, I am very disappointed in both the product’s reliability and the support process. Based on this experience, I would never purchase another ASUS computer in the future period!
