Finally took the plunge to upgrade my computer and so far this new ASUS is definitely a great upgrade! It is very quiet while running and yet has great speed for all the things I need to use it for. I would say, for me the only downfall and why it only gets 4 stars is because it does not have a DVR/CD drive, even though it looks like it does!

This PC is much faster than my previous PC. The Best Buy service was excellent. Thank you.

This computer has plenty of options for beginner to advance user’s. I’m a beginner but, this unit has over 300 gbs. This unit has office and all new AI formats included. This unit had a 100.00 discount and , being a BestBuy membership member setting up my new tower was no charge. Good Luck!

This computer with windows 11 seems very fast. So far so good. No problems so far.

ASUS computer is an excellent product, price was reasonable, service was A+. Only problem was lack of instore computers, and had to wait over 3 weeks to get delivery.

I have never owned an Asus PC but i wish i would have sooner. This is a great mini PC. Its fast and very responsive. Its at a great price as well. A must have it you are on a budget.

I returned this item in exchange for the Dell Desktop the dell offered a few more options over the ASUS. At the same price at time of purchase.

Bought as a gift for stepfather. Good pc but has no serial port for older style monitor screen. Had to buy him a new monitor with an hdmi connection to view pc screen image.

Still trying to figue out the nuances going from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Still have not figured out how the Windows 11 accepts jpeg's after transfers from my cell phone.

Computer is super fast and it loads app even faster. Setting it up was straight forward. Love the color as it blends in with our office decor.

Computer is working well. Geek squad did a nice job transferring data from my old (no longer supported) computer to the new one.

No place for a VGA monitor cable. Tried an adaptor but it didn't like it, so had to buy a new monitor. Absolutely hate windows 11.

Asus v500 desktop is a great budget computer that is more than what I need and It did amaze me in how easy it was to set up

It was a very good price for the ASUS V500 Desktop. The computer is quiet, fast, with substantial memory and ease of use.
