This is a fully functional Windows computer for the price of a Chromebook. Upgrade the RAM, switch out of S mode and you're all set. I love this little laptop. It's lightweight, upgradeable, and fast.

Good solid laptop for under $200 price. Vivid color screen, light weight, quiet SSD drive. Good for general usage and school work. Perfect for our needs since we are not gamers. Speed is good for general searching and downloads. Streaming a movie has been good.

Item came on recommendation from school district. Great pricing and easy delivery in time for the holidays. Son is in a steam program and needs storage for coding and projects. So far so good. Great with Google Classroom.

Extremely fast plenty of ram for a great price well worth it always comes with Bluetooth installed making connections a breeze.

Good little budget computer, just wish that it had a bit more RAM.

Excellent laptop for what we needed. My daughter had a laptop that was 10 years old (passed down from her older brother) that finally died. This does everything a 10 year old needs at this time.

For this price point, we didn't expect much. However, the build quality is good in this price range. The display looks great. I immediately downgrade it from Windows 11 to Windows 10, now the system run smoothly

For the price of this laptop you can’t beat the performance! I got this on sale luckily but it does exactly what I need it to do. I’m also able to run Minecraft on it with decent frames

Very nice, light weight laptop. Very fast. 13th Gen Core i3 makes it very fast. I upgraded the memory to 24GB, by adding a 16GB DDR4 SODIMM, and then it was perfect.

Have not opened this item yet because itg is a gift for Christmas: howeer all my purchases at Best Buy have been successful and I will continue to be a loyal b\Best Buy customer.

Early, but so far so good. Excellent keyboard and screen. Still have a number of set-up issues to resolve, but not the machine's fault. Excellent help from Geek Squad through the process, well worth the annual Plan. Many problems with old Windows 10 seem to have disappeared.

Great basic laptop for web browsing or word processing. Lightweight and portable. Screen is better than expected. Ram and SSD storage can be upgraded in the future.

Great laptop for the price. I wasn't sure if I was going to find one within my budget, but as always, Best Buy came through once again with their great deals.

This was a gift for a friend and they are very happy with it. It is lightweight and was easy to set up.

I purchased this to be a gift for my children. It arrived quickly and they really enjoy using it. It works fine for browsing, YouTube and light gaming.

Haven’t had a chance to really put it to the test but so far it’s performing well for that tasks I’ve used it for mainly just browsing the internet photo editing and printing and so far so good battery last long for my purpose

Laptop is decently fast, even with the i3 processor, the weight and display are pretty good too

Perfect present for my daughter she loved it, good battery life and screen quality!
