You can’t really go wrong with this PC for a high schooler. The set up is easy and the computer has everything they need. We have bought one for each of our daughters and they use them daily with no issues. I’m it sure how long they will last but for the price you can feel confident you got your moneys worth.

Good Purchase For The Money

Purchase this laptop open box excellent for $199. Build quality is solid but understand we're not speaking of an aluminum but instead a composite construction. I bought this with the intention of making is a linux machine and with the i3-1315 processor, I expanded the memory easily to 24 gb, m2. drive to 512 gb with no issues. The machine runs Linux and windows 11 smooth and responsively. The only two downsides to me is the 1080p screen which is not as vibrate and sharp as maybe one twice the cost and the battery life which so far is about 4 hours. What more should I expect for what I paid? Overall this have been a great purchase that should last for the foreseeable future.

Slim profile was eyecatching other than the brand. Battery life is good. System also reminds you not to leave plugged in all the time. I love the feel of the keyboard and the separate numbers pad.

I bought it as a light use laptop for my house hold. But it can easily handle heavy work. This is a great purchase.

Works very efficiently and while storage is minimal its fine for the price, the one thing that’s annoying is while the battery is advertised to last 8 hours I have found that it last no more than 5/5.5 hours with the battery saver on, and doing very minimal tasks. Though the fast charging speed does make up for it as long as you have the charger on hand. The build quality is also really nice, it feels solid and will not break. Overall its a good laptop for a 250$ price point, I got it on sale.

Lightweight and compact. Great for the current school life for kids. Not much memory which keeps it's focus on school work instead of games. Good battery as well

So far, so good! I only purchased this laptop less than a month ago, but so far it runs very well for a laptop in this price range. After being disappointed with previous laptops from HP, Lenovo, & others, I've decided to put my trust in ASUS. This is a company I've used components from in the past to build home & work desktop PCs, & they have a reputation for quality. Hopefully this laptop lasts longer than the others, but either way I got it on a tremendous sale & I am happy with the purchase.

Great value for the price, quick boot and operates fantastic. Runs Office 365 great as well as my other programs. I feel the sales associate was trying to push a gaming laptop even thou I explained I have a custom gaming pc better than anything in the store. Just needed a laptop for RV travel for email and bill paying.

Snagged this fully featured Windows machine on sale for an amazing $220. Performance seems great for everyday use. Contrary to an Asus rep's answer on here, however, I'm pretty sure this is a TN display. I'm too used to IPS viewing angles now. I'm probably going to return this for something slightly nicer, but this laptop seems really good for lots of people.

Needed to replace my 11in Asus laptop and found this one on sale. A few days later it was $50 cheaper and Best Buy prices matched it; fantastic deal for what I got. A snappy laptop with a great screen and ok amount of ram and storage. Fortunately, I’ll be able to add more ram and storage as they’re both user upgradable. I’m hopeful this will last me for years as I’ve had great experiences with Asus products (motherboard and laptops).
