Reliable and a good size. Display is fairly customizable. Only gripes are with the permanently displayed num pad on the track pad, I just find it visually displeasing, and the ASUS notifications can be kind of annoying though not terribly frequent. A good laptop overall. Runs well.

This laptop is exactly what I needed with a little more speed than necessary... not that I'm complaining about that. Everything has been smooth. The OS did not come with tons of bloat software. The only issue I can see is the battery life could be much better than it is, but charge time is quick so it's not too bad.

The performance is amazing for the price, I7, and the build quality is solid, even though with plastic chassis, much sturdier than the equivalent Dell and HP. But for me, the screen was almost unusable, any slight angle from direct causes it to wash out immediately.

Excellent product for office productivity. Great for general business applications (presentations, word processing, databases, research). I7 processor and 12 mb of ram (upgradable) and 512 Gb of storage (also upgradable) has this machine moving fast. Excellent price! I only have 4 stars because USB 3.0 port has no charging capability.

I was looking for a solid laptop with decent memory and speed but at a good price. I researched several and had an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate listened to my requirements and showed me several options. By far this laptop seemed to have everything I wanted and was reasonably priced. I got it home, transferred everything from my old laptop very quickly and have been more than satisfied by the speed and quality of this product.

My new computer works just fine.And the geek squad set it up to look just like my old one did.So it's easy for me.The one drawback is that it is not touchscreen.

I bought the ASUS Vivo laptop a week ago. I was looking for a limited use and price. This was a perfect blend for my needs. Good storage and memory. Setup was easy and I really liked the number incorporated with the mouse pad. I would recommend it anyone who has a limited budget and want a practical laptop.

I have owned an ASUS laptop for over 10 years. When issues came up, I decided I wanted to continue with a great product. The Vivobook 14 has been a great purchase. The reason for the 4 star as opposed to 5 star rating is presence of the number pad has taken some getting used to. I find my finger accidently turning the number pad on once or twice each time I am typing. Hopefully I will teach my right hand not to be so careless. Other than that issue, it is a great laptop.

similar to the one I replaced except with black case. I dont care for the numbers pad in the touch pad. I keep accidentally activating it.

It is taking me a little while to get used to using the laptop as I switched from a desktop. It is more sensitive to use the keyboard than my old desktop, but it is nice be able to use it anywhere instead being confined to my desk. Being able to use it when I travel is a definite plus.

Great laptop for school and smaller games. Not complaints yet other than the battery life being a bit short.

This ASUS laptop exceeds my expectation for the price that I paid. It is not super fast, but is adequate for my office work.

this powered up and got online easy. Very nice unit for the money. Like the separate number pad. We are retired, so the plastic framework will be more than adequate. Families may have trouble with durability issues ? ! Salesclerk went out of his way to put info from our phone into Best Buy system, enabling purchase, senior citizens of course !
