Asus Laptop -Just what I needed for my application

Needed a laptop for tradeshows to be used with a monitor. (1st laptop I purchased didn't have the correct connections for the monitor) Easy to set up, nice screen. Was able to add the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Lightweight so it will be nice to carry to trade shows. I do miss a touch screen at time, but at the price I purchased that is a sacrifice. At this time no issues.

Excellent laptop with minor issue

Laptop is very fast with those specs. Only reason I returned was due to the lack of a backlit keyboard. Great deal on Open box item.

Only gripes are with the permanently displayed num pad on the track pad, I just find it visually displeasing, and the ASUS notifications can be kind of annoying though not terribly frequent. A good laptop overall. Runs well.

Everything has been smooth. The OS did not come with tons of bloat software. The only issue I can see is the battery life could be much better than it is, but charge time is quick so it's not too bad.

But for me, the screen was almost unusable, any slight angle from direct causes it to wash out immediately.

I researched several and had an idea of what I wanted. The sales associate listened to my requirements and showed me several options. By far this laptop seemed to have everything I wanted and was reasonably priced. I got it home, transferred everything from my old laptop very quickly and have been more than satisfied by the speed and quality of this product.

Great for general business applications (presentations, word processing, databases, research). I7 processor and 12 mb of ram (upgradable) and 512 Gb of storage (also upgradable) has this machine moving fast. Excellent price! I only have 4 stars because USB 3.0 port has no charging capability.

I was looking for a limited use and price. This was a perfect blend for my needs. Good storage and memory. Setup was easy and I really liked the number incorporated with the mouse pad. I would recommend it anyone who has a limited budget and want a practical laptop.

When issues came up, I decided I wanted to continue with a great product. The Vivobook 14 has been a great purchase. The reason for the 4 star as opposed to 5 star rating is presence of the number pad has taken some getting used to. I find my finger accidently turning the number pad on once or twice each time I am typing. Hopefully I will teach my right hand not to be so careless. Other than that issue, it is a great laptop.

It is more sensitive to use the keyboard than my old desktop, but it is nice be able to use it anywhere instead being confined to my desk. Being able to use it when I travel is a definite plus.
