Good quality and decent speed for the price. Thought it was touch screen but it is not.

I'm no power-user. Make travel arrangements, read the news, email. No streaming or downloads. No games of any kind. This laptop is fine for me. I chose it for mostly modern CPU and OS. Hopefully not archaic too soon. A couple of bummers: can't use Windows Hello facial recognition for sign in. Oddball charger, not a standard configuration like USB-C. For me, the lack of a touchscreen is a blessing, but YMMV.

Laptop ok for what I need. Compact and light weight. Good sale price for what there is. No special bells & whisles.

Even though I gave 5 stars, mind you, I know nothing serious about the hard/software aspects of it. I need a small laptop for travel with reasonable price & this fit well in that category! I miss little things like "no light when power is connected", no backlit keyboard etc., Overall, I am OK & it works for my purpose.

So far it has worked great, very fast, seem like a good quality as well

This is my 1st Asus laptop and to date I am very happy with this computer. Needed a laptop for tradeshows to be used with a monitor. (1st laptop I purchased didn't have the correct connections for the monitor) Easy to set up, nice screen. Was able to add the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Lightweight so it will be nice to carry to trade shows. I do miss a touch screen at time, but at the price I purchased that is a sacrifice. At this time no issues.

Another fine laptop from ASUS. Light and fast, and also at a very, very reasonable price. An excellent choice that covers most of your everyday needs.

this powered up and got online easy. Very nice unit for the money. Like the separate number pad. We are retired, so the plastic framework will be more than adequate. Families may have trouble with durability issues ? ! Salesclerk went out of his way to put info from our phone into Best Buy system, enabling purchase, senior citizens of course !

Met expectations. Good computer, light and fast working

screen was horrendous .. laptop is wicked fast. USB-C ports are useless very low function. Build is a bit cheapish plasticky feel.

Great laptop, love it Last long battery and grear quality screen

I have been using this laptop for work over the past few months, it seems to be holding up really well and does everything i need it to. My only complaint is it seems to drain the battery quicker than i expect, but coming from a almost sole desktop user i could just be expecting more than its capable of.

This laptop is exactly what I needed with a little more speed than necessary... not that I'm complaining about that. Everything has been smooth. The OS did not come with tons of bloat software. The only issue I can see is the battery life could be much better than it is, but charge time is quick so it's not too bad.

Reliable and a good size. Display is fairly customizable. Only gripes are with the permanently displayed num pad on the track pad, I just find it visually displeasing, and the ASUS notifications can be kind of annoying though not terribly frequent. A good laptop overall. Runs well.

I recently started using this laptop. The advantage that I found using this laptop is its light weight compatibility and portability. The battery life life is also supportive. But the major problem that I am facing is that the cursor does not always function properly(have to press multiple times) and multiple tabs start to appear out of nowhere sometimes.
