Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well the first one died on me within 12 hours the second laptop since you're working fine no problems basically both the first one on a Thursday Friday I was back to Best buy with a problem I didn't want to fire up no more people at Best buy took it back no problem gave me another one a team members are very Curtis and kind and basically took the machine back no problem he gave me another one so far this one's working good

But needed a lightweight laptop. For some uses, it is good. But this Microsoft S protection business has made it difficult to use properly. Cannot download ANY apps unless Microsoft offers it. How ridiculous! Had no idea this limitation was part of this computer until I had it too long to exchange it for one without such limitations.
