We do understand your disappointment with the quality of the product and the inconvenience this may have caused you if the laptop is slow, it crashes with constant blue-screen-of-death issue.
This is may occur during the WINDOWS Update installation. Usually, the blue-screen issue will be resolved by doing a system reboot or a power cycle. By doing these steps, the system crashes will also be resolved. Once WINDOWS Update completed, these issues should go away and system stabiity and performance will be maintained and optimized.
I'm sure, lots of satisfied customers, having positive experience using the product, will agree with me that the unit is a decent system that is perfect for running basic and light computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance.

When I ordered it, I didn't realize it had an internal battery. That was disappointing. I've had one issue so far where the system seemed to have crashed and the computer locked up. I contacted ASUS customer service and was able to resolve the problem quickly. They were unable to tell me exactly what happened but were very helpful in resolving this issue.

Great remote work laptop

Bought back when I was only working from home once a week. But still working great a year and a half with a year of that being full time work from home. Good amount of usb, hdmi, and such to input accessories like a second monitor, keyboard and mouse. Doesn’t have a cd rom slot, but haven’t needed it so far.

I was abled to put on the icons that was never there on the computer and it was easy to shut of off apps yhat i did not want to be bothered with. I had a friend to give me games that i like to play and music for the computer.

Immediately started getting the blue screen of death. Nothing I did as far as reversing the update, then getting Microsoft patches changed anything. Finally bought an ASUS flashdrive to reset the laptop to factory settings and was okay for almost 2 months. Then I got the blue screen of death again but it hung up on 100% restore and when I tried to hot stop and restart, it wouldn't start at all. Going to remove the harddrive and try to get my genealogy research off of it before seeing if the GeekSquad can do anything but I am terribly disappointed because it was a great laptop for the 5 months it worked.
