Fantastic screen, decent processor, and expandable ram. All very good on the surface, but It runs a bit hot, so make sure to use a cooling pad. Also, mine had an issue where it would overheat in the BIOS. Otherwise great value laptop.

Purchased this for my son to take to college soit hasn't seen any significant use yet, but so far it's a great machine. Fast, smooth display and not a lot of bloatware like some other brands.

It's worked wonderfully so far! The only issue I had was the ports are a bit difficult to get into and the laptop does have a short battery, but it's run wonderfully and the screen is stunning!

Love this computer. It's quick, and handles all my work even with multiple screens open. The battery isn't as great as I'd like, but lasts enough for what I need. I'd buy it again.

This is a capable and powerful laptop. It is fast and responsive. My only complaint is the short battery life. Doing routine web browsing, word processing tasks. The battery will not last more than three hours or so.

Was surprised how well this laptop oerforms for the price. Its not overly loud, doesnt get too hot, and can even hit its full boost clock. I use linux and it worked fine as well.

Excellent build, good Ram and TB storage, i9 could have been faster but for regular non Mac pc not bad at all for the price. Future proofed. Battery will run you 2-5 hours and finger oil shows on it.

This laptop was so fast than my macbook completes the editing less than 30 minites compared to my mac only defect was battery only getting 3 to 4 hours

This is a fairly good machine. The keyboard is a bit cramped and my only major complaint is that the indicator lights are not only small but off to the side of the machine. However, to everyone complaining about the battery life wearing out fast, its only going to last 10 hours if you don't have the backlight on. If you have the backlight on to 100% it's going to only last 2.5 hours. If you have it at 50% you should get 4-6 hours. You can always set it so the screen will go black after being idle for 3 minutes in battery mode. The box states UP TO 10 HOURS BATTERY LIFE.....not 10 hour battery.

Amazing customer service, knowledgeable staff, a large variety of options in stock, and what was not available could be shipped in relative ease. I have already increased my technology purchases by through this location. This ASUS laptop has outperformed the MSI Laptop I was utilizing. I thought the MSI was a powerful laptop until I got this one. The display and graphics are smooth and crisp, which one would expect. The ASUS IceCool technology truly keeps the laptop running below 60C even under full load. I recently purchased my girlfriend an ASUS Chromebook and it outperforms most full blown laptops. If you have to choose between ASUS or another laptop manufacturer, choose the ASUS, you wont be disappointed.

Great computer. Fast Reliable and good value. My only issue it that it seems to heat up rather quickly even though I am not a gamer. But I am still happy with my purchase, and would recommend it to a friend.

So far I love this computer! It's snappy and I love that my wife and I have different profiles and when we touch the power button to turn it on it logs us into our own profile because the fingerprint sensor is embedded into the power button. I haven't run much of my Adobe software with super-intensive content yet, but from what I have worked on it has been incredibly smooth. We mostly keep it plugged in as it sits on our desk at home, so I can't speak much to battery life. I did use it for a couple hours when it wasn't plugged in and it only got down to around 60%, so it seems like it would be fine for longer periods without being plugged in. I really love this computer so far!

Excellent laptop with a beautiful screen, battery life is not excellent when used at 120hz with medium brightness, but when used conservatively or used plugged in it makes for an excellent computer

This is a great laptop, especially when you get one while it’s on sales. It’s got great display, stealthy gaming capable under professional disguise. Also a numpad was a must have for me. However, the battery is really terrible, it’s more like a laptop with having to be plugged in all the time. Battery life with continuous use is likely 3 hour-ish. If you are ok with this drawback, go for it, if not then I’d recommend something else that’s an actual laptop.

If you're ever thinking of buying refurbished (which i never do) definitely do it in best buy. Had to search for a while but previous owner probably just powered it on. The best buy guy even let me inspect before buying, he was awesome. As for the computer, let's just say i was getting a desktop but this one changed my mind. Powerful, reliable does it all. Wish battery was a bit better, but not bad.

Great laptop fast, with awesome graphics, was able to add additional hard drive and memory. Added additional 1tb and 32 additional ram

Have not had this computer very long to give a full review , but it fits all of the specs needed for computer college courses and the screen quality is outstanding. Great for watching movies. It’s also relatively light weight.

Excellent laptop, I've used it for a bit now and am happy the sales rep steered me toward this model. The screen is awesome and it is plenty fast

Overall really good performance for the price range; screen resolution is great and processor speed above expectations since the price was under $1000.
