Very fast It more than meets my expectations. I really recommend it

Awful battery. 1-2 hours? Could you make it worse if you tried? And the included AMD app to adjust it for longer life does not work. (Win 11 incompatibility? Click NOWHERE to continue...) Overall meh in performance. I had hoped i9 and 3070 GPU would mean something, but I suspect that the standard 16GB RAM is a severe bottleneck with Windows 11. - I suppose I could add more RAM, and do other tweaks, if this laptop was that important, but my 5yo desktop blows it away and I now have proper space to set that up, so a laptop is only for occasional use and not worth a dime of upgrades to see if it can hold a digital candle to a somewhat-old desktop which, again, blows it away. A 7 or 8 on the sorry-I-bought-it scale. Some of that is life circumstances so I'll round down to 7. But I suppose if you need a laptop in this price range, without TOO serious demands, it may be a good choice. I have NOT shopped around much. Though I was willing to pay $400 more for a model that ended its $500 off sale a day before I fudged money around to pay for it. If I had a time machine that would only go back to the day I bought it, I would not buy it.

Love everything about it. Graphics are nice and works well. Can handle multiple functions and programs running at once without killing the battery or lagging. Does the job well and looks beautiful too.

this is the best thing I have ever done to buy this computer. I bought this computer as open-box in excellent conditions, and I this it was a new one. It is as good as a new one on both performance and physical conditions. thank you bestbuy :)

This laptop is fast and can handle the multiple files open, multiple browser tabs open on Chrome, and several different applications open to edit photos and videos. The only thing that is taking some getting used to on this laptop is having a number pad on the right side. Screen size is perfect. Very happy with this laptop!

It's a decent laptop. The number keypad is a little squeezed together but so far no issues. It takes a little bit to adjust the display and sound options to what you're used to but once everything is setup it's great for what you need it for. We'll see how it handles Act III in Baldur's Gate 3 for the final update.

Excellent future proof computer! Plenty of speed, storage and video graphics card! So happy I bought this Laptop! It’s going to be my tv capable of running 4K to 8k tv! Now I just need the TV!

So far so good on this I9 laptop. Its relatively fast and seems to do the job.

For the money, escpecally when I got it when it went on sale. The OLED screen is top of the line. the i9 processor and the Nvidia grafic card make it a perft gaming computer when on the go. It also hepe me with everyday task as well.

Amazing! Good computer, lightweight, fast processor and nice.

Love the laptop. It is high quality and easy to use. It does lag at times when I am using Lightroom and Photoshop, but much less than my previous laptop. I do wish it was touch screen like my previous Asus was. I know there are ways to change the display settings, but I’ve noticed it has a very slight yellowish tint.

Great laptop with great display and fast. Unlike my last HP

The 13th gen. i9 CPU has sped up my photo editing significantly. The resolution of the OLED monitor is high enough that I don't feel any deficiency compared to my desktop 4K monitor. Be aware that the default setting is to run the laptop monitor off the integrated Iris graphics processor not the Nvidia chip.

Exceptional value. Bought for $999 on sale at Best Buy. A ton of features for that amount of money. The screen is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of USB A & C ports. Runs cool enough. Battery life is decent and recharges quickly. Downsides are would like to have 2 memory slots instead on 1 soldered and has bloatware (that is easily removed)
