It starts up quickly and seems to perform tasks in a timely manner. This is a far cry from my old I5 laptop. It would be nicer if it has more USB ports and a DVD/CD ROM read/write. It is over a fan platform, so no heating problems observed, as reported by others. Overall, I am pleased with its performance.

It doesn't seem like this macgine can run for more than an hour or two at most without shutting down. I wouldn't recommend.

The number keypad is a little squeezed together but so far no issues. It takes a little bit to adjust the display and sound options to what you're used to but once everything is setup it's great for what you need it for. We'll see how it handles Act III in Baldur's Gate 3 for the final update.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i still am confused as to why the model description of this item is different in the store, on the case and in the software….. anyway i may return it because i am not sure if the 3050 gpu is up to the job for gaming. but overall, it is really a nice laptop…..the screen is beautiful and bright ,the speakers are average, no reason laptops can’t have more base….and everything else is better then good. i rate this laptop a solid B…..for the price you can not go wrong

And the included AMD app to adjust it for longer life does not work. (Win 11 incompatibility? Click NOWHERE to continue...) Overall meh in performance. I had hoped i9 and 3070 GPU would mean something, but I suspect that the standard 16GB RAM is a severe bottleneck with Windows 11. - I suppose I could add more RAM, and do other tweaks, if this laptop was that important, but my 5yo desktop blows it away and I now have proper space to set that up, so a laptop is only for occasional use and not worth a dime of upgrades to see if it can hold a digital candle to a somewhat-old desktop which, again, blows it away. A 7 or 8 on the sorry-I-bought-it scale. Some of that is life circumstances so I'll round down to 7. But I suppose if you need a laptop in this price range, without TOO serious demands, it may be a good choice. I have NOT shopped around much. Though I was willing to pay $400 more for a model that ended its $500 off sale a day before I fudged money around to pay for it. If I had a time machine that would only go back to the day I bought it, I would not buy it.

Robust, fast & dependable

The only thing that is taking some getting used to on this laptop is having a number pad on the right side. Screen size is perfect. Very happy with this laptop!

ASUS OLD Laptop

The OLED screen is top of the line. the i9 processor and the Nvidia grafic card make it a perft gaming computer when on the go. It also hepe me with everyday task as well.

It does lag at times when I am using Lightroom and Photoshop, but much less than my previous laptop. I do wish it was touch screen like my previous Asus was. I know there are ways to change the display settings, but I’ve noticed it has a very slight yellowish tint.
