I was informed via email when my item would be ready for pick up. When I arrived at the location, they followed the identification procedure to make sure I was the person that placed the order. Customer service was prompt and my laptop was ready. I’m very happy with the process and my laptop.

Good Machine, Good Price

It has multiple ports, including standard USB ports for older components. The screen is beautiful, and has excellent resolution. Being old-school, my two complains are the lack of MS Office (must be purchased separately), and the lay out of the 10-key. To save space, the math operations key shave been moved to the top, which makes the piece a little too narrow for my bear-paw hands. Not difficult to overcome, just takes some getting used to.
