When I purchased additional RAM the wrong type of RAM was shipped but I got the correct RAM ordered while returning the wrong RAM.

Best Buy was my Best Buy!

Can't really run games well, but that isn't the design behind the laptop I think. It seems to be able to run most of my creative apps (Blender, Maya, etc.,) at medium general settings, but the ram I can't lie is lacking.

It's impossible to play even low graphic games without it overheating and hibernating mid-game. Even simply keeping it on for a prolonged period of time makes it run very HOT.

I am still getting used to the keyboard, its been a long time since I have seen a computer with a number pad, it throws off my typing. I am also not crazy about windows 11 but that is a microsoft complaint really. it doesn't have a touch screen which makes the price make more sense, but other that the habit of sometimes trying to touch the screen it is not a problem
