We purchased it on 12/23/2023 for $974.00 and by August of 2024 had to have a new keyboard replaced because of a faulty z,s,x keys. Then this month Feb 2025 , the same keys stopped working. Best Bye says $400. 00 to repair ( out of warranty). An almost $1000.00 laptop junk if you ask me. My $400 Lenovo is more reliable. Geek squad doesn’t know anything. They are not tech support, they’re just warm bodies to mail your items to the manufacturer. Google the issue and the same 3 keys go out on this product.

If you thought to use it for gaming, it is pretty much unusable for the game or two I tried. Horrible trackpad. And Windows is just awful these days, it is always going to want to do a lengthy update every time you use it, and it basically will not function until you do the update. Forget jumping on to do anything quickly if you haven't used it in a day or two. And I used to be a Windows diehard, had Windows phones even until they discontinued them. Never again, hard to believe technology got to bad so fast. If you want a really expensive equivalent of a chromebook for light browsing only way more frustrating and slow to use, this may be for you.
