The most important of those things would be the fact that the screen was a touchscreen, which it is not. He also said that I would see a significant increase in speed from my previous computer, which has not materialized. This computer may still be a great computer, but the Geek Squad has still not set everything up as promised.

Laptop was unusable

I have used Asus hardware for years and was shocked to have something from them perform so poorly. I have since set up for a replacement to be shipped and am hoping I had a bad part and that it isn't a larger design issue.

Not a bad computer for super simple games like Terraria or simple side scrollers but wont handle anything more complex.
