Poor Computer, This is a intel Celeron, not a i9.

I've already taken it to BestBuy twice to resolve problems. The first time, it was getting very hot and the battery drained very quickly. They fixed it, had to change the battery and motherboard, and when it came back the keyboard light didn't work. Then I sent it to Best buy for the second time, they solved the keyboard problem, and changed the battery once again, but the computer is still slow for an i9. I just use Word, Google Chrome and open folders at the same time, who knows if I had games installed. I didn't even have the opportunity to test games because I think the computer is going to catch fire.

It was a great product. Unfortunately, i had to return it. I installed Photoshop adobe elements 14 and ir should handle the program but moved very slow. Rendering takes time but today we need things done quick. As i was rendering I couldnt do anything else. I was chatting one whatsapp, and mt task bark was going wonky with every key i hit and every messaged i scolled over did the same thing. Overlapping icons and shifting for no reason. Bummed. Ill invest in another cpu if im going to spend money it gotta do what I need. Side note, im on my phone leaving this review and as my qwerty to leave a message goes up the continue button does also disallowing me to see what i type making it very annoying to create this review. My gf is complaining i cant spell, its because i cant see. Lol
