I had a different computer I bought a few years ago that was out of the box and I still use it though. So I guess it was just a random glitch

Great if you don't need to use the graphic card.

The person there reset the resolution to try and keep the graphic card from overheating. It is still shutting down. SO, I will go back to the store again!

Never buy Asus or Lenovo again!!

Massive over heating issues!

Laptop died after 15 months. Great up until then.

Of course this was 3 months past the standard one year warranty. Brought in to Geek Squad for them to take a look... and they confirmed it was completely dead (some motherboard fried issue). Not worth it to get a new motherboard while out of warranty. So now it's just a very expensive brick.

Cannot play games. It will shut down everytime.

I was excited to get this laptop because of the hardware specifications. I tried to play a game and within 5 minutes, the laptops shuts down. I returned this to Best Buy and exchanged it for another one to see if it was just that laptop. I just finished spending a few hours intializing this new laptop and installing the game I want to play to experience the same problem. Not to mention there is an Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics card which is set as the default instead of the RTX 3035. I will be taking this back and getting a different laptop that can handle playing a game longer than 5 minutes.
