    Good laptop, impossible to find extra charger

    Just a word of warning, it's basically impossible to buy extra chargers for this laptop. I've put two side-by-side, one that came with the laptop and one that I bought online, and even though the chargers are the exact same model number (ADP-150CH B) the connectors are different, and all the ones I can find online are the incorrect size.

    Overheating and Battery Issues

    We purchased this computer for my daughter going to college. She has used it for approximately 4-5 months, and she advises that her computer has been overheating and losing battery power significantly. Wondering what we can do as we do not want to have to purchase another computer before her first year of college is even over. She is doing class work and we purchased according to the specs from the engineering college. I would not recommend this computer even though that's what the salesperson recommended.

    Gaming laptop hardware that can't run games

    I tried running 12 year old games like Portal 2, graphics cranked down with the Nvidia card turned on and it just. keeps. overheating. Whats worse is i bought it just before traveling for a few months and can't return it. This should not happen on a laptop with these specs.

    Was told by the salesperson the laptop was touch screen. It was not. Also, new laptop but the camera doesn’t support Windows Hello biometrics. Not good. Do not recommend this machine. My 5 year old machine is better.

    Laptop not available for pick up

    Purchased 3/29/24, Best Buy said it would be ready 4/09/24, I said I could not pick up until 4/24/24. Came in to Best Buy 4/24/24 to pick up laptop. Was told laptop is not ready, is not here, no estimated day of arrival, look for an email. Disappointed laptop is not here to pick up when arranged.

    Save yourself stay away!!!

    Horrible experience qnd lots of headaches. Weve only had a few years and it has motherboard issues. It wont connect to wifi or dettect that it has bluetooth
