I would like ASUS can add touch screen capability in the future. Also, it took me a while to figure out how to display the webpage properly including location and adjusting the display size. Seems more user friendly (plug and play) can be provided for new user.

The oled screen makes this laptop even better. The keyboard placement is very well placed and makes it really comfortable to type on. Graphics are super good too I can pretty much run every game on the highest quality. Overall really good laptop

The numeric keyboard keys are placed a little too close together and some of the keys above it and below it (like the period) are placed in a different spot then my work computer so that’s been a problem.

However, the computer was shipped and when we recieved it, the box was smashed terribly. The computer inside was in a box but there was NO packing around any of it. Very disappointed in Best Buy not packing there electronics better. Will not order from Best Buy again. Hoping the computer keeps working ok.

He is a business student and we sent him to college with a MacBook Air. It was difficult for him to complete assignments in specific applications, so we bought the ASUS. He loves it and it works great!

Everything visually about it was amazing, but i believe the one i purchased was defective. It would turn itself off after an hour of use, and when geek squad tried helping me, it decided to not load at all.
