Everything visually about it was amazing, but i believe the one i purchased was defective. It would turn itself off after an hour of use, and when geek squad tried helping me, it decided to not load at all.

Horrible packaging when shipping

However, the computer was shipped and when we recieved it, the box was smashed terribly. The computer inside was in a box but there was NO packing around any of it. Very disappointed in Best Buy not packing there electronics better. Will not order from Best Buy again. Hoping the computer keeps working ok.

The numeric keyboard keys are placed a little too close together and some of the keys above it and below it (like the period) are placed in a different spot then my work computer so that’s been a problem.

He is a business student and we sent him to college with a MacBook Air. It was difficult for him to complete assignments in specific applications, so we bought the ASUS. He loves it and it works great!

The asus software is very helpful and is easier to use instead of windows settings. Side note, the metal chassis is really nice and strong. I've accidentally dropped it on the corner from about 3ft and it still works great. The OLED and colors are amazing. Very nice.
