Excellent Laptop! OLED display is amazingly clear! Good amount of memory and the graphics card is very good too.

I purchased this laptop with high hopes after reading all of the positive reviews. Upon taking it out of the box I was impressed with the weight and screen along with the keyboard layout which includes a keypad which I need for working in spreadsheets. Setup seems easy enough. I found that I was unable to update Windows 11 the system reflected 2009 and I was unable to update. We’ll things went downhill from there. I had problems with getting other updates. I ran the Windows tool to assist in identifying problems and errors with laptop and three errors were identified. When running the report I noticed the system was running extremely slow after checking the lag time I noticed the system was utilizing a range back and forth from 40% to 60% of memory which identified it was slow due to utilization. The problem is nothing was running in the background. I reached out to ASUS customer support they were very friendly however very scripted and limited on the expertise which proved to be useless guidance. After the troubleshooting phone call and unsuccessful attempt to fix I was directed to contact Best Buy Geek Squad. I’m like no I’m not gonna purchase Geek Squad when the new laptop has a one year warranty and support from ASUS. So the next day I called ASUS back and spoke to another rep that suggested I wipe the computer clean and start the set up again this was nsuccessful I called back and requested my issue be escalated to a higher tier technician for support. They said an appointment would have to be made so I set up an appointment for someone to call me back. Well guess what, no one called me back at the appointment time. I unfortunately returned this laptop. I’m currently searching for a laptop that can support working excel spreadsheets and surfing the web. This should be a much easier process than the experience I encountered. I am skeptical of purchasing an ASUS laptop now due to the experience of the service technicians in case I have issues in the first year. I don’t mind purchasing Geek Squad after the first year but certainly not on a brand new laptop. I’ve had my Toshiba for 10 years and it has been an awesome laptop it’s starting to have issues but runs much faster than the one I just returned. Not sure if I just got a hold of a bad laptop or if it’s typical. Now I’m researching other brands. I can’t speak for the battery life I kept the laptop plugged into a wall socket.

Bought to be able to use two monitors when doing zoom meetings as previous computer could not. Set up was seamless with no concerns.

Great display! Many ports including Thunderbolt 4. Memory and storage can be upgraded later if necessary.

Just received my new laptop - it's great: quiet, not over heating, nice screen. Only wish it's touch screen.
