Had a great in-store shopping experience in Best Buy, Dublin. The laptop is a power house. I bought this as a gift to my wife who is a content creator. She is very happy with the laptop and she is able to create the videos and animation flawlessly. The screen is good and battery backup is adequate.

ASUS vivabook is good , using for for quite a long time, decent battery backup, good performance with I7 and 16gb ram. It has rtx 3050 which adds very impressive performance

For the price of $900 plus $150 discount for an open box this is about as good as you're going to get in this price range the processor is extremely fast the ram is ddr5 16 GB so it can handle just to go to anything. I suppose it would have liked that one terabyte SSD hard drive but then again I never fill it up anyway. Do kind of wish you it was a touch screen

I bought this for gaming and it handles mid level games very well. If you play AAA games you may have to reduce your graphics settings but overall it was a good gaming laptop as a starter, for for games that don’t use heavy graphics. The storage is also lacking a bit but can still hold several games. I use it now for daily use but have upgraded to a more modern gaming laptop

Excellent value for the performance and specs. I have been extremely pleased with the performance so far, and was pleasantly surprised at the lack of bloat ware installed. Exterior is prone to fingerprints but that doesn’t bother me too much. Battery life isn’t a strength but I would buy a smaller laptop if that is a major concern

Since i built my last laptop in 2011 a Alienware laptop i already knew what i was looking for in a laptop first i went to another store looked at 30 different laptops every feature make model and did not find quite the Graphics i was looking for then traveled to best buy looked at every single laptop they had on display as well found 2 laptops with similar Graphics and this laptop was not in stock but something told me to buy it based on Graphics cards and price based on storage and So glad i did yea its not touch screen but best bang for your dollars spent here Graphics are out of this world Awsome this laptop runs and processes all your information so fast and what really impressed me was i litterly had over 2 terabytes of data to transfer over to a 4 terabyte external harddrive and the file transfer took less than a 24hrs to complete only down side is this laptop did not have a internal disc drive for hard copy CDs the fix was a external USB Plug in Disc drive for uploading more newer music files strait from my own library hard copy CDs and more movies or shows i dont already have on digits Bottom line here if you dont want a touch screen this is the one of the best pre built laptops today in a electronic store you will find circa 2023

I like this laptop, I give it a 4/5 because I wish the battery life was longer. The display is stunning and settings are eays to adjust. Has a very sleek feel to it.

I am very pleased with this laptop. I needed a laptop for an online course I am taking as I dont want to be tied down to my Mac desktop all the time. I also wanted it to be windows as i have an xbox and want to play games on the laptop as well. It is fast and picture is vivid. The only thing I dont like is it is completely black and fingerprints show.

Overall, this laptop has been awesome. Great speed, highly detailed graphics, and makes multitasking a breeze. I just wish the battery life could have been extended somehow during its creation and production.

This is a very nice laptop for the price - it was 800$ when I got it on sale. I got upsold in store to this and I'm not mad. It's nice having dedicated graphics. I can do photogrammetry on here and GPU accelerated calculations in Matlab. It does a decent job with games too, although there have been some problems. A couple of times, the CPU has started to throttle severely and only recovered after reboot. Another issue is that the 150 W power supply it comes with can't quite keep pace with the power demand during games. A couple of times I've been playing a game and plugged in at about 15% battery remaining and in another half hour or so the laptop will die without warning from lack of power. It wasn't advertised as a gaming laptop, so these problems don't bother me terribly. Probably you could buy a beefier power supply, but the CPU throttling thing is harder to work around. Everything else has worked perfectly.

Incredible screen and quiet operation. The keyboard will be up to personal taste, I personally would have rather had a minimized ten key than shortened backspace, but I've gotten used to it. Performance has been solid. Don't forget to check used stock! I bought used in Excellent condition and there have been 0 issues.

Generally this laptop works pretty well, but every once in a while it will randomly shut itself down and I have to restart it. It also jams A LOT and lags profusely. On top of that, sometimes it won't even let me log into the laptop due to some kind of weird glitch and I have to restart it. And now it won't connect to my monitor anymore even though it connects fine with other monitors and my monitor works fine with other laptops. It's ridiculous. Plus, when I brought it in for checkup they wanted to charge me $250 to get it fixed even though I have a warranty! Useless, I tell you. I will never buy from Best Buy again--too many issues with multiple products of theirs.

Great PC at a incredible discount. It was an open box but the PC hadn't even been removed. I would buy this again in a second. PC itself is great. Runs fast. Screen in clear and beautiful.

NEEDED a new laptop. This one fits all my needs, great price absolutely beautiful screen quality and the processors work like a dream. My small business is going places faster thanks to a decently priced quality product.

I love this gaming laptop!!! It's super fast and easy to use and the graphics are so good!! Not only does the gaming look clean its an awesome laptop to get your everyday work done too as I also use for my university classes. Definetly will recommend this gaming laptop to everybody!!

Im not very happy with this laptop. It's my first time buying an Asus, but it seems like it will be my last time. I paid extra to get a very fast processor, and i paid a little extra to find one with a dedicated graphics card, and paid close attention to small things like 2.1 hdmi, big battery, back lit keyboard etc. and the Asus didn't disappoint as it had all the options I could think of. The issue? Either I got a lemon or this is very cheap quality. The battery claimed to last 10 hrs lasts 4 tops with absolute minimum opened and battery optimization turned on. One of the USB seems to be giving less voltage as I always have lag and stutter issues when using my bluetooth keyboard/mouse but no problems when using the other USB. Ive never seen the temperature go below 55 on it regardless if im multitasking or not doing anything at all, when multitasking unless i have it on a hard flat surface (not a bed for ex.) itll shoot up to 90 and start glitching. And the worst part about everything i mentioned? It lags! I moved from a 12 year old mid range sony viao that was running some things smoother than this Asus. To the point it lags when im typing! Lags when im right clicking an image, or lags when doing the most basic random things. I spoke to customer support they asked to update bios through a link that i personally couldnt find anywhere. I updated, then they asked to reformat. I did that and did a clean install which took hours. Now i get 5 hrs instead of 4 out of battery, heating is better but still never less than 48 regardless. Usb issue never resolved. Lag never resolved! Oh and to make it all worse? Random shutdowns!!! I could be using it and it would just shutdown randomly. Or apps will randomly crash (although this is somewhat normal, it does it more often than what is acceptable), or ill put it to sleep and come back to find out it was shutdown. Extremely disappointed. Customer support wont replace it, they simply say take it to an authorized service center and theyll see. Too bad to have a brand new laptop get fixed no?

I have had this laptop for about 4 months now and it is everything I needed. I wanted a quick high powered laptop enough to take on my classes and do all the things I want and it doesn't fail while multitasking. The display is also amazing!
