Faulty. Heats up unbearably, graphics do not easily adapt to switching from connecting an external screen, screen gets all blurry and doesn’t adapt to not having the external screen on. So I have to keep updating the display feature. Do not purchase. I miss my old laptop now. Battery life is less than an hour. Speed is ok

The laptop is pretty good, i have been using it to code, browsing, play some medium level games, and watched lot of movies. After more than 1.5 years of usage, battery life has reduced a bit, but other than that. No worries. Worth it

I purchased this laptop about a year ago, and so far it's still performing like it was the day I bought it. If you plan on using this as a gaming laptop, I'd recommend purchasing a fan; otherwise, the laptop will shut off to protect itself from overheating.

I was searching for something to replace the not very old laptop I already have that failed to perform when I came across this one on sale. I have had excellent experiences with this brand in the past. With the specs on this laptop and my history with the brand, I knew I had to get it. It has no disappointed!! I absolutely LOVE this laptop. It is so fast and so beautiful!!! I come up with random things to do just so I can play around on it. I haven’t done that since my last ASUS. Get it, you won't regret it!

Excellent laptop for versatile use for work and for gaming. Very little issues and nothing broken after 2 years of use. Occasionally the finger print scanner would not detect anything and would require a restart so 4 out of 5 stars for that.

Actually I bought this laptop for gaming with AAA titles and video editing. Laptop had a great screen thanks to the OLED all my editing workflow including colour grading is a breeze. No lag so far. Heat dissipation is excellent. Fans make some noise but that is necessary to clear out the heat generated by the performance beasts - i7 13th gen CPU and RTX 3060 GPU and this laptop also have a thunderbolt 4 port which I love.

Extremely quiet, fast, does the job I need it to. As a bonus, I can play Baldur's Gate 3 without much fuss/issue, though I'd recommend getting a bottom fan for additional cooling. My first time dealing with Windows 11, so it's a bit of an adjustment but nothing too strenuous at this time. I wish the bloatware wasn't so obnoxious though. First laptop I've purchased in 5 years since my Samsung went down. The one downside is a couple of the keys on the keyboard feel a little sticky/crunchy to work with and fragle, not sure if that's a known flaw or just an unlucky moment on my part.

An excellent replacement for my old laptop! The speed and power have been impressive. And I finally have a backlit keyboard. What I don't know is if it came with the right/left mouse buttons reversed or if I accidently changed it, but I like it! Using the touchpad with my right hand, it is quite natural to tap the left button and very handy with it bringing up the menu of selections. If I want a standard left-button action, I simply double-tap the touchpad. The comments about this being a "fingerprint magnet" are true I suppose, but using a clean handkerchief and a some occasional wipe downs have kept it looking clean as a whistle!

Build quality is great. Performance has been acceptable for my needs. Use of photo editing applications have been trouble free so far and the colors on the screen are impressive.

With the sad passing of my 12+ year-old Dell, and looking at dozens and dozens of laptops to replace it, I settled on this ASUS and I'm pretty happy with it. Very speedy CPU and GPU, although I haven't tried any Steam games on it yet. The OLED screen, especially for photos, is to die for. Keyboard is OK. Sound, with boost on in the ASUS control panel is very good. Only 4 stars because the battery doesn't last per charge. You have a choice of charging it 80% and extending the life of the battery although now the charge will last 3, maybe 4 hours, or giving it a full 100% charge and having it last 5 or 6 hours, but reducing it's overall life. I just switched to full 100% charge cause I can't stand getting having to plug it in every 3 or 4 hours. Still, without a doubt I would buy it again.

I've only had a week but so far it is performing well. Moves quickly, the fingerprint recognition is good although it takes a couple tries if you have sweaty hands or have just applied lotion. Because of this I prefer my previous laptop's facial recognition and pin. The display quality on this laptop is very good. I was using a macbook pro briefly on loan before this, and the quality of this screen's display measures up to that of the macbook pro imo. I am so far pleased with this laptop and hope it continues to perform well for the heavy load it will be taking on when I take it to school.

I needed a new laptop to use my Cricut with. I looked at all of the name brand ones and compared prices. This ASUS laptop was reasonably priced and had all the features that I needed. I have had it for roughly 3 months and it is great. It is fast, it has great functions and for the money, you cannot beat it. I have nothing bad to say about it. I would definitely buy again or recommend to anyone.

I bought this laptop to replace my wife's aging HP and have always trusted the ASUS brand. Once again ASUS did not let me down. This laptop is a truly incredible machine! It's lightweight and the NVIDIA graphics card provides crystal clear, high resolution graphics that are breathtaking. I spent a significant amount of time shopping for the right laptop and I found it with this ASUS. So, all of this quality and getting it from Best Buy at a great price is the perfect scenario.

i enjoy the power for what you’re paying, but at the same time the materials used for the laptop don’t feel the best, it attracts finger prints super fast. I also feel like the battery doesn’t last that long in it.

Great laptop for all regular use and even some heavier duty software applications. I ran multiple adobe creative apps, and cad at the same time and it could handle it. I would recommend for most people. Great laptop all around.

For creating, its a great laptop and you can even play a few games on it. I use it for FL, Blender, Unity ect and never had issues.
