Bought several of these in the onset of COVID shutdowns. I only had issues with one of them, and that was a flaky Wi-Fi adapter. Overall, these machines have held up now for well over a year of abuse from literally a dozen employees. Not the greatest of computers, but certainly a good value.

Overall, this is a great laptop for the price! Nice sleek silver design. Feels nice when typing. AMD Ryzen 5 w/ Radeon graphics is great for gamers. The 8GB would run standard games well but if you wanted to upgrade, it is fairly easy. I installed a 16GB RAM (DDR4 PC4-19200 2400MHz 260-pin SODIMM) and removed the factory installed 4GB stick, the total RAM this laptop can have is 20GB. The installed 512GB SSD storage space is noticeably smoother when opening large files. Decent battery life depending on what you're using it for. (Gaming, Schoolwork, Design) Unfortunately, this is not a backlit keyboard so working in the dark can be hard if you don't have muscle memory to where letter keys belong.

The system boots quickly has good processing speed and does everything we need it to do. The keyboard is a bit awkward but we are getting used to it. I would buy it again if I needed another.

This is a very good laptop. It is super fast and only takes 10 seconds to restart. I needed a new laptop because my old one would not handle gig speeds on the web. The only flaw is the keys on the keyboard are very hard to se. I just hocked up a wireless keyboard. Good laptop and a great price.

Here is the thing that you should know when buying a budget laptop: what do you need versus what you want. Those who want to play high end PC games or intense Video or photo editing, this may not be the one for you. But for the average person looking to have a good well-rounded laptop, this is perfect, the only thing that I would suggest is if you can afford it upgrade the RAM. Otherwise it is wonderful. I use Daz3Dstudio, Adobe creative suite, PreSonus studio one, and basic web browsing and general office work on this laptop with no trouble. I am very pleased this this purchase!

Was looking for a computer with large RAM size, a great SSD built for speed and not such a high price tag. Thats exactly what you get with this computer and I have been in love with ASUS computers ever since I switched over from my HP.

Bought this to replace a dying laptop that my parents used. Lightweight, not super bloated with programs you don't need, and pretty responsive. I appreciate the hardware for the price point using AMD hardware and think this will be a good fit for their needs and more, if necessary.

Fast boot up with larger than normal solid state drive. Processor and speed is good. 8 GB memory. Seems to be a solid laptop. The display looks good but not a touch screen. Good battery life. Keyboard is not backlit and hard to read keys.

Was looking for a basic but cheap laptop to get my school work done, was leaning towards a MacBook but after doing a little more research I came to believe that this was a great fit for me. I’m in college and it’s crucial to have a good working laptop that’s fast and efficient and this is !!

At the price I picked it up for, it's a great value for a laptop with this quality and these specifications. It's no MacBook, and it's pretty much all plastic, but fit and finish is impressive and the touchpad is actually decent to use, a first in a PC laptop in my experience.

my son is the ultimate gamer, this computer is excellent in the way it allows him to play, the system is fast and allows him to keep up with updates and download required to be at the top of his game. a perfect recommendation from the sales rep at the geekquad.

Paid 460.00 got me through 3 Zoom job interviews fine. PC Laptop is very good for 500.00 range. We be great if a few more USB ports and back lit keyboard. If you need a cheap Window 10 standard PC this is a good choice.

Excellent computer for the price. My only beef is with the screen. You have to have it tilted just right for it to be clear. It is unlike any computer screen I have dealt with before, but other than that, we are loving it.

This Computer is a great little computer for everyday uses it only has a few flaws in my opion being all silver it is hard to see the keys in the dark having to get an external disc drive and SD drive I know they are trying to make things more compact it is a great product

I needed a laptop asap for work and school. This was a great choice. It's lightweight and the perfect size. There are separate numeric keys even though some reviews say it is not. My only con is the color of the digits and numbers. They give a bit of a glare at times.

Just needed a semi basic machine for everyday stuff. File submissions, checking emails, schoolwork, and occasional game play and it fits the bill. It's a good low-mid range laptop

Did slot of long before I found this laptop. I'm really happy with its speed, battery charge time and everything about it. Never purchased something online like this, but it was easy and shipped on time. I have no complaints about the product or Best Buy.

Overall good for the money. This is the best laptop I have ever had. The screen quality is impressive. For the price, this laptop has probably the best quality picture screen. This laptop is great for work, school, Netflix, Light gaming.
