After reading reviews on various websites the message was consistent. Since purchasing those reviews have been confirmed. The computer responds well to the various multi tasking activities such as zoom? Google class Etc with little lag. Great computer.

Unfortunately, what I learned was the screen was downright awful. Not bright, NT, horrible. Plus the keyboard was virtually invisible. The body is silver and and the keys are silver and have very faint grey writing on it. I kept trying to look at the keys and couldn't. It made me very upset as I was working. Plus the trackpad isn't responsive quite a few times during an hour. So basically, don't buy it. You'd be better off getting something with lower specs with a better screen and keyboard.

Do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused you if the screen didn't meet your expectations.
The screen resolution is Full HD, adjusting or customizing preferences inside the Display Propeties, or using ASUS Splendid utility, usually enhances viewing quality and experience. Ensure Windows and video driver are up to date.
Regarding the keyboard, it is recommended to be used in a workspace with ambient or natural lighting .
In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad.
