The 12MB of RAM allows the computer to handle more applications at one time and the processor is fairly quick. It would be nice if the laptop had more hard-drive space, but the 512GB is enough for our need. We bought a flash drive to store other files. My wife's biggest complaint is the keyboard. It is fairly tight with the spacing and can be a little difficult to type, especially using the number keys. I do wish I would have not bought the open box item though. The laptop was in excellent condition, but Best Buy doesn't price match if you buy an open box. Seems silly because I could have returned the laptop and bought a new open box and saved $40 but in the end, it just wasn't worth the hassle since I had already loaded my profile and MS Office onto the computer.

Solid specs, 8 GB memory, and 512 SSD, 7 series AMD chip. Works as designed. Light weight. One dislike is number key pad is small, and the enter button is where I'm use to the decimal button being located.

Asus Vivobook

It runs quickly and smoothly, lasts for hours, and the display is gorgi. Only downside is that it comes in S mode but that's an quick fix if you don't want that

I can even have 2 windows open and side by side and see what I need to at the same time. The only thing I wish was different was that the 10 key was a little bigger. The battery doesn't last as long as I wish it would but otherwise, I have no issue with this laptop.

It's been my experience that laptops are generally great right out of the box but age quickly. This one was an open box/return, so I have been expecting issues to pop up. I'm happy to say I am still enjoying a fast, efficient laptop with zero issues to date! It's quiet, and can handle running multiple applications while streaming video without lagging.
