Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all it's a pretty good affordable PC I purchased to play second life so far so good however graphics take a lil bit to load but not to bad like a 10 sec delay it doesn't have a Ethernet port but wifi works great wish it had a fingerprint scanner which I asked the agent before purchasing but it's fine without it good colors and features charges super fast and last a good while great at multitasking

Computer diagnostics test

She took the time to find out what we needed and checked our computer and informed us it would need to have a diagnostics run on it.. She informed us that it would take a couple days and that they would contact us when they were finished. She also informed us that if the system was not repaired to our satisfaction, they would check it again and do a more thorough cleaning and set up a programming. Quite pleased with the service she provided and look forward to doing business with Best Buy again in the future.

Solid work laptop

Couldn't be happier with this machine. Powerful enough to handle all the basic tasks for day to day work plus a little extra. Only downside which I knew about going into this purchase is it does not have a backlit keyboard.

Especially the display which I feared would be poor choice, but it turned out to be an excellent display despite the specs being on the low side, and excellent AMD processor.

I didn't want to go the full tablet/SurfacePro route. And this laptop is very quiet indeed. It does not have a backlit keyboard, which I just assumed it would have by this date. Also Windows 11 is set in the horrible, despicable, "S mode". I had to figure how to turn that off before I could do anything I needed on it. If no kbrd backlight and having to turn S mode off aren't issues for you then it's all good.

Doesn’t make noise, charges and holds well so far. Good for the price paid! :) I was worried looking through the reviews but I really like the computer. Would recommend if you want a simple, cute and well working laptop!
