Volume is a bit low, but its optimizable, and this is definitely not made for gaming, although it may run some stuff on it. For this price, Im definitely happy with the purchase. I am buying another one for my wife today, only for office related stuff.

Then I went to open the privacy camera; well it was stuck! So I tried it a couple more times. Nothing! So I returned the item to see if it could be fixed or exchanged. They couldn't fix it on the spot. So I returned it. Other than the privacy camera experience, it was an outstanding experience! That's why I only gave it 4 stars. I would still definitely buy this laptop! It's awesome for students & regular computer tasks.

This has fit the bill perfectly. Only trouble was pairing bluetooth earbuds, but i think that just falls within familiarizing ourselves with the new computer.

Great laptop, but a bit too heavy

It's a good brand laptop, I had Asus before, and it went well, but this one is a bit below my expectations. The specifications are great, exept the sreen resolution is so bad, not even a full HD display. And the laptop is a bit too heavy to carry around everyday, even though I do understand it has a big 16 inches screen
