The laptop is great and works fine. I looks nice and has all the memory I need. The delivery was made through a third party, and it was delivered to the wrong address because they dropped a digit from my address. No matter how many times I told them that the delivery was not to my home and that the picture of the delivery was not my home, they didn't believe me. Thankfully, the person who received it returned it to FedEx, and a week later, I received it.
