i use this almost solely to remotely operate a powerful desktop computer, which it does without problems for upto 6-7hrs on a single charge. i was able to upgrade to regular windows 10 for free.
if you work directly on this computer, it actually runs quite well for the specs. not slow enough to cause frustration if youre just doing chrome and g suite.
also, build quality is pretty good, screen is excellent. touchpad is perfect. the flip option is good. this is the first laptop where it was actually fun and intuitive to use touchscreen. i have owned about three others that i used as normal non touch laptops.
i bought it expecting a chromebook alternative with the added bonus of running windows and handling installations of other software.
I would recommend this to a friend

We purchased this laptop with the impression that it was going to use the normal Windows 10 operating system, as that is what the website said. However, when we received the computer and tried to download apps we needed, it would not let us because they were "outside of the Microsoft Store", this meant we could not even download the Chrome internet browser. The posting did not specify that it would be this version of Windows 10, and it's incredibly restrictive. Will be returning.
