    I bought 2 returned one. My 10 year old daughter loves hers. She uses it to type up homework and watch videos such youtube, Hulu and Netflix. Occasionally plays robloxs. I bought a 256 GB card because 32 GB is way too small. With the bloatware there is very little space left. My wife had hers returned. She's a teacher and tried to use it in class but it was too slow for a practical use.

    I had an Insignia tablet for a few years and it was great, Best Buy made me trade it in and give up my Geek Squad support. I have had this new one for less then 2 months and Microsoft tells me I have the wrong version of Windows and I need to take it back to Best Buy to be fixed. I intend to do so right after Christmas. Insignia was a far superior product

      I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused you if you are getting an alert regarding the pre-installed WINDOWS version. The OS needs to be activated at a certain period to have it authenticated by Microsoft. if this activation did lapse, please try to do a PC Reset and activate it automatically by going online.
