    The young guy who worked with me over the phone had the patience of a saint, as we worked through glitch after glitch which were all my fault, as I am in my 70's and un-tech saavy. He helped me make a good choice of laptop for my particular needs. He could not have been more helpful and I love my new ACER laptop.
