Santa bought this for my daughter, used 1 day. Would not turn on. Just took back to Best Buy exchanged it. We'll wait and see if the new doesn't have the same problem.

Bought for my mother as a gift to replace her older version of the same kind. It's ok, nothing great, get what you pay for in this case. It runs, she can download the books she buys, the music plays, and processing speeds are at the moment ok. If don't slow down in a year I think it will be worth it for what it's used for.

A month after purchase, I had to take in to the geek squad for repair. The computer keep shutting down intermittently for a week and then immediately upon start up. They replaced the battery, but as soon as I got home...same problem...next round, they replaced the motherboard and it seems to have solved the problem. The sound is good on this device. I do not like the placement of the on/off button...it is located in a spot in which the page down key should be located....so, many times, I accidentally shut the computer off by thinking I am pressing the page down key.

The laptop started off extremely slow and almost unresponsive. Luckily I know a little bit about PCs and I was able to get all of the asus bloatware and other useless software off and now the pc runs perfectly fine and it does what we need it to do.

Very cheap unit. The Intel Pentium is so slow it becomes boring waiting for the laptop to open. Better go, minimum for an i3 processor. I returned this item

The price was right. Has plenty of memory and works for what we need. The keys are much different than I used to and take some time to get comfortable with

This laptop is very slow and the resolution is the worst. Built with a very cheap material. It's not usable for anything.

It is a decent computer for its price. It had issues with the adobe flash at first but after a few updates it worked well. I use it for my online classes.

This is our second ASUS laptop, the price was great and had more than enough features for our needs. I bought this one for my husband so he would stay off of mine. His hand me down that I gave him was old and out dated and causing him problems.

I needed a laptop to finish my schooling. This is great. Simple to set up!

think this laptop was an all-around good deal for me. I was astounded at all the free features and apps that were pre-programed into it.the laptop does way more than I expected and is reasonably priced.all in all,i think it's a great buy.
